Unfortunately, I am just the supply officer so I did not have direct contact with the scanner that the parts went to. I have not heard any complaints so I assume that it is working well. The parts were easy to order and arrived in a timely manner. I would order these parts again.
Product did what it was supposed to do. Problem resolved.
Pick roller replacements work great but they are way expensive.
