Probably one of the best bitters on the market to make a great Manhattan. I think it is my favorite-- and I have tried at least a dozen others-- which I sometime also use with certain bourbons/ryes. I also like Orange Angostura Bitters-- esp with Makers Mark. Woodford Reserve Spiced Cherry Bourbon Bitters - not bad. With Fee Brothers-- use this esp with Bulleit Rye or Bulleit Bourbon. And don't forget the Carpano Antica sweet vermouth which is likely the best I have ever had (and that's saying something).
To recap - perfect Manattan: 3 parts Bulleit Rye, 1 part Carpano, three good shakes/dashes of Fee Brothers bitters. Stirred-- not shaken. Perfection.

Aromatic and flavorful. Use only a dash and your drink will make a splash! Wait, I want to use that as my headline. I will anyway.
Super heavy notes of cinnamon and some clove. I prefer to use a dash of these with a dash of angostura AND a dash of orange bitters because I'm a fan of complexity and not at all a very pretentious bartender.
These are great with old tom gin - start small and beware splashing any on your clothes unless you wear black all the time.
This is my first bottle as I have been purchasing a variety to learn which is best. Fee Brothers are Crisp, Robust, Complex, slightly Sweet bitters that seem to be the very top of the line and a good value. I do not use alcohol but take these for digestion after meals and they work perfectly and are great for the body. (No Senna herb which can be bad). I plan to buy the whole flavor pack the Fee Bros offers as they must know we are out here experimenting. Mine did not leak.
Now experimenting with bitters in cooking including barbeque marinades and perhaps pastry flavoring for the sweeter varieties. Bitters are an old thing new again and a very good rediscovery from our ancestors. I look forward to hearing other uses from the crowd. Of course they are good in drinks as well both non (such as tea) and alcoholic.
Fantastic bitters, nice cinnamon perhaps Cardamon note that makes them unique. I use them in Manhattans, Old Fashions, and numerous other cocktails. Kegworks, the seller, is one of the best bar supply places on the net. I have purchased from them many times and they are great

These bitters have a good flavor but I do like Angostura's better. I thought I would try these. They make a good Old Fashion and a tasty Hurricane. I haven't tried anything else yet. but I'm content with this product..
If you are looking for something a little more interesting in the way of bitters for your Manhattan, Old Fashioned, ...than the ubiquitous brand name we know, look no further. This stuff is delicious and I only ordered the plain stuff. They have lots!!
I use bitters in my club soda to settle my stomach. I have used other brands, but find this brand to have a nicer and more mild flavor. I will definitely be ordering them again.

Always a great addition to a bourbon drink. I spice up my bourbon and ginger beer with a little bitters. Not just for old fashions, but great if you are making one.
