Having read a lot of issues with other screen protectors with interfering with Face ID, I was a bit skittish when ordering this... especially because at the time there were no reviews. That being said for the price I figured it was worth a shot.
I'm happy to report that after getting it installed I have had no issues with Face ID! Installation itself was pretty straight forward and just like any other film. One nice thing is they give you 3 of them in case you mess up!
Easy and simple to install. Worth the money compared to those who try to sell for a much higher price. It has made my iPad much more bearable to write on (I write much neater) and palm rejection seems to work better in apps like notability. So far so good. Also love that it shows no prints that my hand normally leaves on the screen when I have no screen protector.
Bubbles all over. Cant even tell when the screen is on??? I don't know why. Could be my installation, first one was a fail as lint got on the screen. By the way, no adhesive sticker to remove lint is included, no wet or dry pads. Just one micro fiber cloth. And yes you most likely need the sticker and pads unless you have kept the ipad sealed. Luckily i had some of these items already so i was able to install. Face ID works. Just wish there weren't so many bubbles or also hoping they go away. Easily a 5 star product if it didn't bubble so much. For now I rate it 3 stars, if the bubbles go away at least a few then I'll come back and update review
Update: lifted the screen protector carefully and reinstalled it exactly how the instructions say to do so. 'Applying pressure with the included squeegee or credit card as you are laying down the screen protector slowly.' Lot less bubbles, good thing is I still have one to spare if this one doesn't last. May be it's the anti glare but as mentioned before it was odd I couldn't see the bubbles even when the screen was on, only at an angle.
The installation is tricky only cause of alignment, I think that's obvious. Still try to make sure you have an even alignment on both sides of edges of screen. Easy to go a little much more on one side and have to lift and start over to get a good alignment.
Anyhow it's a good screen protector has a nice feel to it. Face ID and pencil works!
UPDATE 1 Jan 2019:
The seller was very responsive and sent additional screen protectors (of the same design).
For some reason, the first one I tried from the new batch worked fine, without the extra cutouts.
So I don't know what happened with the other two and why I was getting FaceID camera errors. Maybe someone more knowledgable about the hardware can answer.
Upping my rating to 4 stars.
=====
Two stars for great price.
I don't know why it works for some others but not me ...
Here is the letter I wrote to the seller
Hi there, it seems this screen protector is not really completely compatible with iPad Pro 11".
When I installed this screen protector, I got warnings from iOS that the FaceID camera was covered.
What I found was that there are two additional cutouts needed to prevent blocking all of the sensors and illuminators.
The additional sensors/illuminators are located between the existing cutout and the top right and left corners of the iPad Pro 11" screen when viewing the iPad in portrait mode.
I ruined the first two covers I received but was able to get the third screen protector to work ... but now I have no screen protectors left.
Are you planning to update this design to accommodate the additional sensors?
I’m a huge fan of SuperShieldz various anti glare screen protectors. I have one on my iPhone, had one on my last iPad and when I bought my iPad Pro 11” I couldn’t wait to get one on here. As usual it’s a great quality film and is anti-glare without any rainbow sparkles that plague most other anti-glare screen protectors. Also helps with the greasy fingerprint issue and makes drawing feel better. ❤️

Description
Our screen protectors are made from Optical Grade Crystal Film which are custom cut to ensure a perfect fit every time. Constructed in five layers; a scratch resistant surface polymer, a hardened protective mask to prevent deep cuts damaging your device and finally a patented silicone gel that creates a vacuum to securely 'cling' to the device screen. Our screen protectors use no adhesive and there is no spraying anything to the protector or the device.
Edit: I am a big dumb. I was upset that the screen cover was not really matte, and that the screen protector was deeply scratched already. I was going to change it out today with another one of the 3 pack - I started peeling off the screen protector when I realized....there was a plastic protector on TOP of the actual matte screen protector. WOW.
anyway 10/10 would buy again, don't forget to remove the protective plastic.
Anti-glare and anti-fingerprint are BS. Maybe it reduces glare and fingerprints by 1%, but not noticeably. The kit did not include cleaning supplies (like every other kit in existence) to prepare the screen, and I ended up having a couple of dust particles trapped under the screen. The plastic also doesn’t feel as good as a glass screen protector.
However, it does the job and protects my iPad from scratches. I’m not a fan of it but I tend to forget about it after a few hours of use. That is, until I see the dust particles stuck under it...
This cover doesn’t interfere with Face ID and still keeps the display really nice! (It doesn’t make the display look super grainy like some other matte protectors do) It is I little difficult to apply withithout getting any dust or bubbles trapped, since the screen is so big, but these are my favorite brand of matte protectors! Highly recommend.
I am updating my review after a months use. I found that the protector has a small waxy residue that made my writing come out squiggly when I first installed it. After a week I seem to have gotten it all of by normal use and now I can write as normal. The protector does a good job at reducing glare from lights. On the other hand you do lose a lot of the richness from the screen; in my case I don't really care because I use my iPad more for work and reading than watching videos. A good buy!
My installation went good. I guess that’s why I am happy. I followed the instructions of this video and it worked. I pre steamed the bathroom, used lens cleaning pads that I got from BJs to clean the iPad screen, used a good micro fiber cloth, used paint masking tape to hold the protector in place before installation, and removed the lower layer adhesive face down while installing. See the video and it will make sense. “how-to-screen-protector-ipad” I had five bubbles and all was removed by using the amazon credit card. Now there is not a single bubble. Worked great. Now I noticed that my Notability app is working better due to more palm rejection. The writing is very nice and I don’t see the rainbow effect. I think the layer reduces the sensitivity of the screen and that makes it better for apps like notability. The app was so sensitive it was annoying. Now it’s better. The line drawn is also thinner. Now it does make a very tiny noise when you do a lot of slide and drag stuff. You won’t notice the noise after few days. I love the look of photos cause it gives a printed look. If you are using it to write notes or draw then it worth it and you don’t have to spend a lot on expensive protective sheets.
4/5 because it has a grayish finish.
Yes the installation is hard and it must be in a dust free environment (bathroom), BUT I digress, it's a MATT finish. It's not glossy or clear, it's matt (grayish tint to it)
Now for the value, and the quantity...it's the best there is, but if you don't mind the finish, then go for it, as for me; it's ok, just not what I expected. I'm still keeping it and using it
It works with Face ID
It's a exact fit, which means that if you leave a gap on the top, the excess may overlap on the bottom (look at pictures).
