Just everything you'd like in lox. I've looked at some of the reviews and I sorta laugh; lox are oily and salty; these are an fantastic quality. Sadly lox are always generally 30 dollars a pound and that's just the way it goes.
Absolutely delicious! Arrived the next day with ice packs and was very cold. I highly recommend this salmon, it has a very delicate and buttery taste, without being too "smoked". Will order again.

Lovely! Very nice quality salmon. Not too smoky, just very fresh tasting.
The taste was just right and was not oily as many are. I would purchase this again. I like this on a dish with cucumbers.
