LARABAR, Fruit & Nut Bar, Coconut Cream Pie, Gluten Free, Vegan, Whole 30 Compliant, 1.7 oz Bars (16 Count)

LARABAR, Fruit & Nut Bar, Coconut Cream Pie, Gluten Free, Vegan, Whole 30 Compliant, 1.7 oz Bars (16 Count)

I bought these Larabar Coconut Cream Pie bars via Subscribe and Save and everyone in our family we've introduced them to, absolutely loves them. We've also tried the Peanut Butter Cookie bar flavor and, although they weren't bad, we won't likely order them again because they weren't our favorite.

Love the simple ingredients! The coconut cream is made of dates, unsweetened coconut, almonds, cashews, and extra virgin coconut oil. I've considered baking a batch of my own, since we have these five ingredients in our pantry. I think my guesstimate of portions would be worth a shot to see how they come out but for under a buck a bar, delivered, they're not too pricey, really.

The texture is soft and chewy. They are gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, soy-free, and dairy-free. Natural sugar content and super yummy, while guilt-free, in my book. The peanut butter cookie bars are made of just dates and peanuts.

Wholesome and simple, I feel good about giving these to my family. I cut them into quarters and put a portion in each protein packed snack bag. Pairs well with nuts, berries, and the likes.

The most recent version we've tried are the Coconut Chocolate Chip bars and they're my new favorite. If you like chocolate, I'd definitely recommend them. The coconut cream pie bars are a more subtle sweetness but also excellent.

The ones we've received have been over 7 months from their sell by date. Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look from our two favorites. The bars are small but not too small (coconut chocolate chip are pictured, they're the smaller at 1.6 oz) and absolutely delicious. Smile. Highly recommended.

These awesome nutrient and calorie dense bars saved my pregnancy and postpartum nursing days. Seriously, my husband will tell you how often he's had to go to the store to get my these. Within the last year I'm sure I've consumed several hundreds. I dealt with morning sickness for the first 5 months and these were one of the few things I could keep down. And these are what keep me going postpartum when extra nutrients were needed while breastfeeding. Highly recommend for busy mothers growing new little ones.

I eat Larabar for breakfast as a main course, not just as a snack. Does not get old:) I like those flavors that don't have added sugar (cashew cookie, coconut something, cherries). Sweetness comes from dates, and dates are supposed to be low glycemic. I sure hope it's true. Also cashews suppose to further lower glycemic index. I wish producers listed actual glycemic indexes of their products on packages, because gly index depends on many parameters of a food item. Yes, I can check gly index tables on internet, still definitive value per product would be nice to know.

I love these bars (reviewing specifically the coconut cream flavor). What I love: they are vegan, they are filling, they are delicious, and they only have a few ingredients, none of which are crap. I have tried so many "snack bars" and these are my favorite. The other ones I like (curate, goodnessheknows) are all delicious but rely on chocolate for their deliciousness. These are simple and yummy. The only thing better is making your own snack bars or balls with dried fruit, nuts, seeds (blended in food processor).

I love that this bar has all natural ingredients and is GMO free. I really enjoy the coconut flavor as I have enjoyed many of the Larabars before (apple, lemon and cashew are my other favorites). The flavors blend together perfectly and it isn't too sweet. I think some people are taken back because it's not a traditional bar-- it's soft, slightly oily, and many of the bars are a bit heavy on the date fruit which I think is awesome because dates have a lot of health benefits. However, in a world where we are on a carb and sugar overload, this may not be for everyone. There is no added sugar, the texture is different than other fruit and nut bars, and it tastes mainly of fruit. It is a refreshing change for me, and I appreciate Larabar making the effort to label their products for those of us on special diets and who want to restrict our GMO consumption. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Great bars to keep in your car or purse to have as healthy snacks on the go. A lot of other bars have chocolate or ingredients that will melt in heat. These bars stay the same consistency when you leave them in a hot car. I also love that they have no harmful preservatives and are all natural.

Love the flavor of these, they are a great healthy snack to have in my purse on the go. They taste like a treat but there's nothing "bad" in them. I have one in my gym bag at all times in case I feel a little hungry before a workout. It's a good flavor and the nuts make it a little crunchy which I like.

Coconut larabars are super yummy! I have to say coconut, cherry and apple are my favorites. My daughters do not like dates but I make them eat them during volleyball tournaments as they are great nutrition and great natural energy. I tell them they will learn to like the taste of dates.

My favorite of the larabars. To me, these taste the best! I also notice a difference in myself (body wise) when I eat these bars and when I don't. When I eat them I tend to not eat as much sugar or excess food. I'm also a lot more regular when I eat these and feel fuller.

the coconut in food bars always tastes a little rancid and these do too. its not the fault of Larabar. its hard to get fresh tasting coconut in the US. I've been spoiled by too much time in Asia eating the real thing. ill stick to what US does well .. Peanut butter and chocolate
