Bought two of these one for my 2013 f150 and one for my 2015 edge each that had old maps A4 and A6. Loaded right away with no issues, just have to reset your “home” if you choose and unmute the turn by turn voice navigation if you like to hear the routing. Personally I like being told when the turns or merging are approaching. Would recommend again beats spending double at the dealer especially when you need 2. Packaging was oem ford and in a sd plastic card holder.
Replaced my A6 version with this newest A10. Popped the old one out and the new one back in. It immediately automatically downloaded within a few seconds. Tried an address my old one couldn’t find and this one did perfectly. Super easy! Arrived sooner than promised and in original sealed genuine factory packaging. Saved almost $75 compared to dealership!
I was so glad I didn't pay the full price at the dealership - I would have paid almost double. I was excited to see that all I had to do was take out the old (which I filed away in case something happens to this card) and put in the new! I was looking in particular for a change to the maps in my area where a round-about was installed a few years back and my old map didn't show that correctly. When that appeared as it should, I knew the updated version would be really helpful in other cities too. Be aware that the shipping package was a very light plastic envelope and if it is left on your doorstep, it may blow away like mind did. I knew it was delivered so started looking in the bushes and there it was. Better mailed in a cardboard box or mailer.
Works. Came in Ford Packaging. Appears to be genuine OEM and works just fine. Much cheaper than buying direct from Ford.
2014 MKZ Sync 2 with latest updates.
A10 card worked better than expected. Replaced A8 card. A10 MUCH faster than A8. Brought up previously stored route almost immediately.
Card looked identical to A8 I received from Lincoln. This A10 has to be exact what would be received from Lincoln.
If in need, don't hesitate. Order this one.

This was great..Ford wanted so much more for same thing. Great value and easy to install. I have a 2015 Taurus and had no problem replace old one and putting updated one in. It updates in the car after a few minutes.
While I hate having to spend this amount of money for a map update that is still at least a year behind Google maps this update was needed as my old map was 3 years old.
The update was shipped right away and is exactly as advertised.
I had a letter from Ford offering this for $149 and free shipping. Well I got it here for $50 less and free shipping. Same exact and installed simply. Perfect.
Prior version from Ford caused issues with my Nav system. This one cleared up the issues and works great. Price is fantastic.
50% cheaper than getting it from ford at $92 and it worked perfectly for me.
