My kids loved it!
One thing: there are people who like cilantro and those who don’t. One of my kids does NOT like cilantro. So I didn’t add that. I will have it tomorrow with my lunch.
My kids gobbled this up. We will definitely be having it again!
Figured out that after adding falafel spice mix, it was easier to mash the chick peas with my masher.
Didn't cut up the pita in to triangles. Kids loved it anyway. :) I served it a bit more like a tortilla / taco / Greek falafal. I love the white sauce that came with it. Not a fan of the green sauce that came with it. Also, the tomato cucumber salad was super good.
This was the second Amazon brand meal kit I made and it too was terrific. The flavor was great and I really enjoyed both the sauces that it came with. It was plenty of food for two and easy to make.
This is hands down one of the best meal kits (out of Amazon, blue apron, home chef, and hello fresh). The portion is large. The food is super fresh and easy/fast to prepare.
This meal is my favorite. I hate mayo and had no idea there was mayo in the feta dip. This has the best fresh flavors and beats any restaurant falafel.ive had!
Absolutely delicious. Tons of flavor and easy to make. The skhug sauce was amazing. Also, this says it serves 2 but I think it could definitely serve 3!
A little expensive of a meal for 2 people. Not a lot left over. I waited to long to make it and some of the stuff went bad, which is not Amazon’s fault, but I suggest you make it right when you get it. It’s very very good. We loved it and would but this in the weekly rotation of meals but it’s a tad to expensive for our budget.

Loved this kit. Not only was it super easy it was flavorful and filling. The hubbs loved the authentic falafel flavor, I loved the salad (added a bit of spicy arugula, yummy!) I was actually surprised there was extra left, that tasted better the next day. Great vegetarian meal.
These Amazon meal kits are such a pleasure. Beautifully packaged, easy to make, delicious. We’ve tried about 6 meals and ALL were better than 4 months using Blue Apron. Hubby and I ordered this a second time. One of my favorite features is that the sauces were pre made.
Yummy! Loved the sauces, the seasonings, and how easy it was too make. Did have to use a mini food processor to mash the garbanzo beans- my masher/fork did not work at all.
As others have said, this meal could serve three adults or two adults, two children. The salad was a little meh. Could be jazzed up with red onion instead of green. The sauces though... the best. Will get this again once it's available.
Overall, really loving the dinner boxes from Amazon. Wish there were more options or consistency with their offerings.
We really loved this one! Fairly easy, although I think I'll pull out the mini-processor to "mash" the chickpeas next time. The flavors were really on point. Bright and lovely salad, great sauces.
