This was a re-order from a previous Pinot Grigio kit by the same company. I was initially alarmed by the dilution ratio being different and spoke to several people all who were helpful. Year-to-year kits will vary I'm told, this produced a very high quality Pinot Grigio with complex flavors little drier than most but good mineral flavor. Very happy with the product and the people I interacted with

This kit made a very good pinot grigio. I am making another batch now.
You cannot go wrong with this kit just follow the directions.
I have made quite a few batches of wine from WinExperts. So far, this kit has been my favorite. I am starting another batch of of Pinot Grigio because I enjoyed the previous one so much. This company does many things right with their kits, but this particular wine is very well done.
