Just love this! I loaded the USB Flash Drive up with photos, mp4 movies, and a bunch of mp3 music - simply inserted the drive into my iPad / iPhone, opened the Y Disk App and was able to play / view any file with ease. Couldn't be an easier way to free up storage on my iPhone or an easier way to bring alone a bunch of videos to watch on long trips. Nice job guys - simple interface, easy to use and manage files.

a.Why can't all the photos in the album be imported into the pen drive?
- After the phone opens the iClouds share, the original picture was uploaded to the iCloud cloud. What you see in the system album is not a source file and cannot be imported. It is recommended that you downloaded the source file to the system album, and then try importing.
b.How do you move the photos from your cell phone album to the pen drive?
- click on mobile storage in the app home page > iPhone Photo Album > Edit >Select the photos or Select ALL > Copy > External Storage > Select the folder you want to save and copy it in.

This has been a very easy to use product. I opened it this afternoon and was able to transfer 6 videos off my phone onto the flash drive and then onto a friend's flash drive by plugging them both into my computer at the same time. I've never tried that before and was able to figure it out very easily.
Got this flash drive today and tried it out. It’s super fast. So far I think it’s going to work great.
Just tried it out when it came in with the photos on my iphone 6s and it worked easily. Plug the iphone side first to download app (it prompts you automatically). It was quick, but only had 17 photos at the time to load. Only tiny thing that would improve is to maybe have the slider switch lock on each side; right now you have to hold the slider as you plug the usb or ios sides, which makes it a little inconvenient. Otherwise, I wish I'd had this on our recent trip to Iceland. Would have taken so many more photos!
I’m very happy with this! I tried at least 3 other products to transfer my pictures from my iPhone to my computer and they didn’t work. This did work!! The only negative is it is a little flimsy - When you’re using either end, you have to hold it - it doesn’t snap in place. But I’m still very happy with it!
I love this flash drive! It seamlessly flows from my mac, to my ipad, to my iphone!
I highly suggest this for anyone using multiple interfaces. Excellent price and the product works amazing.
