Tasty, although we had previously purchased the organic kind which are not now available and would like to have had the organic stems and pieces from the same manufacturer, so we took off one star. Still, these are tasty, and actually easier to cook with than just the button tops.
Great in everything. Soups! Stews! Omelettes! Handy for stretching leftovers, too. I think they should put some more mushrooms in the tins and a bit less water, but this is the price of convenience.
our favorite canned mushrooms. we use a lot of mushrooms in recipes. Giorgio's the best canned 'shrooms around.
I like the convenience of buying a case. The quality of each can is uniformly good, the price right enough. I use a lot of mushrooms and hate it when I run out. Will reorder.
