CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Master GMA1394A Gaming PC (Liquid Cooled AMD Ryzen 7 2700 3.2GHz, 16GB DDR4, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 8GB, 240GB SSD, 2TB HDD, WiFi, Win10 Home) Black

I brought this pc on cybermonday when it was at its lowest price. I expected great things from cyberpower but this time it didn't turn out well.

Let's start by the basics, great packaging no worries about the tempered glass breaking in delivery. This thing is heavy enough to not be thrown but light enough so that one person can carry it with a little effort.

What's inside:
A low quality gaming keyboard (feels cheap)
A middium quality gaming mouse (feels like a professional one only that it's way lighter)
Some driver DVDs, a power cord, some paper and of course the tower

The tower is very well packaged between a big layer of foamy material (a good one) inside of it is filled up with a chuck of contained expandable foam.

After taking out the tower, don't plug it inmediatly because there's a chance of thing getting out of place or shitty build. mine looked great on the out side but when I opened it up the hard drives and ssds where out of place. I was shocked and proceed to inspect more. the result was, the drive bay is damaged. I contacted tech-support but no answers at all so I decided to fix it myself since it wasn't a great deal and of course not a over 100 bucks pc part. I took it out and was surprised at how easily those things bents. well at the end its fix and everything runs smoothly.

Pros:
-Very good build at this price point, you can't built one at this price unless you go for the low quality manufacturers.
-Excellent packaging
-Good RGB fans and ventilation is good
-Plug and play

Cons:
-Not very responsible builting quality
-No customer support at all
-I was lucky none components was faulty
-Mouse and keyboard is cheap

Some tech information
The motherboard is aorus gigabyte I don't know what. Only one sata 3 slot left to upgrade storage, No display cable included. power cord is short. drives and power supplies are on the bottom. there are two bays of HHD and two for ssd. (they put the ssd in one of the HHD bays idk why). Windows 10 with no Microsoft office. No games included (you can't claim the nvidia card free games either because you don't have the original packaging of the card) gigabyte RTX2070 1 hdmi 3 dp port 1 type-c. 600w power supply. Chinese idk ram, 2x8 gb, 2 more slots for upgrade. tempered glass on the size and front (looks very nice) RGB fans with controller with unused plugs to put on more Leds. connector of led is easily detached be careful with that.

I purchased this pre-built PC because of the CPU and GPU.
Once unpacked it, I opened it up and removed the expandable filling, and made sure all components seated correctly.
The cables are all tidy in the tight space.

CONS:
There is only room for 2 HD and 2 SSD in the case.
The MB is miniATX and only 4 SATA connectors.
The powerful GPU takes up a lot of room, and covers the 4th SATA plug so you have to unseat the GPU, and then use a 90 Degree Right Angle SATA cable for that one.
The SSD was installed in the HD bay, so I had to relocate that, and that was not simple, due to the tight fit and all the cables.
Plastic HD drive trays are flimsy.
RGB fans - too much bright light can distract.
No optical drive door (though I knew this when I bought it).

I don't consider the SSD/HD cons, they are good mid-range components. Same for X370MB.

PROS:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700 and has liquid cooler.
GeForce RTX™ 2070 GPU is nice, and has a USB-C connector that you can use for a monitor output.
Can change or turn off RGB lights via remote control.
MB has an M2 open slot, so can always get a drive for that.
Has a Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Card

Overall a low noise PC, and performs really well, as I expected it to.

For the price tag, this is a great buy. It came neatly packaged with all of the necessary instructions and peripherals. The PC is aesthetically pleasing and started up without any issues. It would be a challenge to build a PC with these components for the same price!

Computer came just as described, the machine will do everything I hoped it would and saved me time a headaches of building my own. I would recommend to any of my friends.

Just got the computer yesterday and I must say I'm pretty impressed with the performance and price! Everything works fine and runs smoothly. MY computer came with a ZOTAC 2080, an ADATA su800 1tb, the ryzen 7 2700x, and a GeIL EVO POTENZA (never heard of it but no issues with the ram.) The only thing I'm disappointed in was the gigabyte MICRO ATX motherboard and of course an off brand PSU. I already knew the computer was gonna come with an offbrand PSU so I bought my own and replaced it immediately. I'm of course going to be looking for a new motherboard when the time comes, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase.
End all be all, I still saved a couple hundred bucks on a RTX 2080 system even after all the part replacements.

Description

CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Master series is a line of gaming PCs powered by AMD's newest Ryzen CPU and accompanying AM4 architecture. The Ryzen 7 CPU provides fast processing speeds with 8 cores / 16 threads for effortless multi-tasking. The Gamer Master also includes the AMD Radeon or NVIDIA's GeForce series of graphics cards to deliver high frame rates and impeccable image quality in the newest PC games.

This gaming pc had the specs I needed for photo and video editing. A decent mobo with the capability to tweak the hardware if I needed to, solid video card, and enough RAM and bonus disk drive. Yes, there can be more improvements with the overall build but with my calculations I would need to spend a few hundred dollars or more. I like the cleanliness of the build and the quietness too.

All my previous systems have been built piece by piece and with the driving costs of the video card and RAM buying a pre-built was a risk, but this pc put all of those worries away. I ran the UserBenchmark and got the following:
UserBenchmarks: Game 123%, Desk 94%, Work 106%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X - 96.5%
GPU: Zotac RTX 2080 - 157.8%
SSD: Adata Ultimate SU800 1TB - 108.3%
RAM: Geil Evo Potenza CL17-17-17 D4-2400 2x8GB - 92.1%
MBD: Gigabyte GA-AX370M-DS3H-CF

I was able to overclock the RAM to 3000Mhz and left the CPU at stock speeds. Let me be frank, the stock settings is already overkill for my needs, but I feel better being future proof with the parts.

Bonus, there's a remote to turn on/off and adjust the LED case fans and CPU fan.

Before pulling the trigger on the purchase of this machine. I had done my research on the specifications of the system. I used the specs and tried to build out the system my self thinking I would save money. I found it was slightly cheaper building it myself, but I had weigh the risks of getting a bad component or having a unforeseen issue. Plus, not to mention it comes with a year warranty.
When the system came in I was more then happy with the brand of companants used (Gigabyte). I've used them for years with no issue. The big thing for me was the cable management and the RBG lights. I would have never built it and it look so good. I'm so impressed with it that I now display my system on my desk. I used to hide my old rig. After building my own computers for the last 20 years . I'm glad I went with this pre-built system.

Oh yeah - it runs my Oculus with no issues and 4k gaming with everything turned on max detail. Stop looking and purchase.

Honestly, after living with it a week, I have to say that this is THE best computer I've ever owned. Every aspect and feature works perfectly, significantly exceeding my expectations. Where to begin? Okay:

I find I love the the cool RGB lighting with its near endless variety of colors, patterns, and animations controlled by the included remote, even though it wasn't even a factor in my computer hunt originally. Seen through the tempered glass side panel, it really is striking. The fans are nice and quiet, as well.

This is my first true gaming rig, not to mention my first PC with a solid state primary drive, and all I can say about its blazing speed is WOW. I'm mainly a gamer, but I bet this would be great for the home user wanting to do video editing and rendering. Speaking of games, the 2TB secondary drive has plenty of room to install all your favorite games. How do they run? Spectacularly! Looking at Steam's in-game FPS counter, when I disabled the framerate limiter in The Witcher 3 and set every graphical setting to on, maximum, or Ultra, I saw an astounding framerate of 188(!) FPS...needless to say, even with everything I could throw at it, the game still ran smooth as oiled silk, as it does for Far Cry 4 and others.

Remember, the RTX 2070 card's ray tracing ability hasn't been used in a published game yet, so you're relatively future-proofed. I expect to enjoy mine for quite a few years before needing any upgrade beyond minor improvement (increasing RAM at some point, for example) and very possibly without having to do a thing.

In summary, I think this machine is a complete thoroughbred in every respect. The GMA1394A has only been available for a few months but I'm glad I have mine...I believe as people realize what a terrific value it is, the demand for them could well drive prices upward.

I have been building my own gaming PCs for years. This time, one look at CYBERPOWERPC’s Black Friday prices and I couldn’t justify building. I took the plunge, and I’m very happy with my new CYBERPOWERPCPC.
The build is very clean, the parts used are great/good, its bloatware-free, it runs like a racehorse, and it looks awesome. I purchased a Dell 27” GSync Monitor (S2716DGR) to go with the PC and all I can say is OMG. I’m running Fortnite on 1440 with Gysnc and all settings maxed out: the graphics are amazing and smooth, and this computer just purrs. I couldn’t help myself and also bought a Samsung 970 EVO 500GB NVMe SSD (fastest SSD on the planet) to replace the included 240GB SSD. No regrets!

Edit after returning the PC.

Good Performance, but comes with a few annoying issues

It was delivered two week without any issue. But I returned it due to some wireless, Bluetooth and HDMI connection issues which I explain below. But first, what is good about it?

- Packaging was satisfactory. The tower was very well protected.
- I did not see any broken or loose piece inside it.
- The keyboard and mouse is pretty good for gaming.
- The system and hardware are as advertised.
- I tested the performance in Frycry 5, and the average FPS was over 120 in ultra settings (1080p).

What is annoying, and why I returned the item? (Please keep in mind that I am not an expert, so the issues that I write below might not big problems for someone who is handy and knowledgeable).

- I do not know why but I could not connect my second monitor to the PC. There is one HDMI port that comes from the graphic card, and one that is connected to motherboard. I was able to connect only to the first one. I checked bios settings, and googled it, but could not find a solution. So, the other HDMI port does not work (or somehow the graphic card prevents it to be functional).

- The performance of the wireless card is not good at all! My 4 years old laptop gets average 110 mbps/s. However, the wireless card within this PC gave me maximum 16 mbps/s, with average 10 mbps/s.

- Yet, there is a bigger problem with the Bluetooth function. When I connected my Bluetooth speaker and headphone, I could not get a proper sound quality from any of them. There was a constant scratchy noise. Again when I use my laptop I get flawless sound quality from both devices even when the laptop and Bluetooth devices are in different floors. Yet, this PC's Bluetooth doesn't work properly even in the same room. (By the way, I updated all hardware of the PC).

Overall, based on my 'initial' observations, I can say that there was nothing wrong about this PC's system performance. Being unable to use my second monitor and poor connection quality for wireless internet and Bluetooth were significant factors behind my returning decision. Because of these problems took 1 star off.
