Apple iMac (21.5", 2.3GHz dual-core Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 1TB Drive) - Silver

Apple iMac (21.5

Works in conjunction with my iPhone X, Apple TV, iPad, and Apple Watch to complement a complete experience. I can start a task on one device and pick it up on any other with "handoff". The Apple Watch will automatically unlock my iMac account whenever I come close to the computer. I can use Air Drop on any of the devices to instantly to connect through Apple TV to the large screen TV set or to start a task on one device and pick it up on another.

I will admit that after being a strictly Windows user for the past 20 or so years, there is a learning curve with the iMac computer. But when my present Windows computer hit 10 years old and the HP company stopped supporting it, I decided to get a computer that would work with my other Apple devices and I have not regretted it. The computer works great for me as I am not a gamer. It has plenty of speed coupled with my 200 Mb Internet service for streaming 4K movies not only to the computer but also over the wireless network to the main Television. When I take a photo with my iPhone or iPad, the photo is already on all the other devices as well through the iCloud network. Any text to my iPhone automatically shows up in a little side window on my iMac. I can even make phone calls from the computer and it will ID them with my mobile phone ID/number. The built-in camera & microphone are fine for FaceTime and it's very easy to use. I can start FaceTime with a family member on the iMac and hand it to the iPad to go downstairs where other family members can join in. And purchasing from Amazon saved me about $200 off the price.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife and setup seemed to go smoothly and she's been up and running ever since Christmas. So far this computer has done everything she wanted it to do and I would say that she is very happy with it.

I loved my old Mac. I really did not want to stop using it. When Comcast upgraded it just could not handle it. I was not able to get on the sights I needed to go to. Well I do love it. It is so easy to use. I am a senior and I installed it myself . It even installed my printer itself. All I had to do was plug in the printer and the Mac prompted me on what to do. It even spells for me. I do not like the mouse. It makes the pages jump, but I am sure it is just me and I will get used to it.

It's the first iMac in a while that has anything resembling upgradable memory. You have to crack the case, but at least the memory chips are not hard soldered in. I've had Macs since early 1990's. This model seems to have the same quality as always. I wish it had been clear that I wasn't getting the keyboard with the trackpad with the 21.5 inch one, but I got a trackpad for a reasonable price. Once you go Mac, you never go back LOL

It's Apple. What can I say that has not already been said of this excellent product? This iMac was simple to set up. Mouse works perfectly. Had a funny few minutes or so where it was extremely difficult to track, then discovered I had it upside down. The screen is big. Retina display impressive. My failing eyesight required a lager screen and this fills my need. Apple Care is superb, I've had it for my other Macs for years.

I am a former Windows 10 type-person. Finally purchased this iMac and am currently in the "learning curve " mode.
Have called Apple support several times and and DELIGHTED to say they are American and speak English ! Unlike so many other outsourced companies we have to endure ( hear me at&t ? )
Each time the rep took time to help me and were extremely helpful ... because of this I will continue to purchase Apple products starting with my next phone. Have has Samsungs for years but Apple is SO much better with support.

My first Apple and I owned built my own windows base computes for over 35 years. Got sick and tire of MS bull licensing and all problems related with their OS after Windows XP. Still learning how to use my MAC but I am enjoying it. Everything work flawlessly 99% of the time. The only issue is that it has the USB plugs in the back but who's complaining I've gone through 3 OS upgrades since buying it and no issues with the hardware. It's elegant and sleek on a desk, adding software is different but understandable why it's done that way. I liked so much that I bought and I-Phone now I have both my phone and computer files were ever I go in a secure location. Guess the Apple followers were right and I was wrong. Should have bought one a long time ago. PS I have 3 Windows base laptop all of them functional gathering dust. Bye bye win.....

Exelent !

Got a great price for this desktop. The only this not described is it a 2017 model. I thought it was late 2018 or early 2019. Not a big deal. Everything works, can straight from apple and was packaged beautiful. Came in perfect working condition. Have had this product for a month and it is amazing. Worth the buy.

Sumamente eficiente.
