Picture for posting is not correct monitor, you get the higher/newer version(this is what you get cf24f396fhn not LC24F396FHNXZA) and the box says 24".
Bought many of these in 27",excited to see how these are.

Bought two of these for my home office. They look amazing. I mounted them as you can see in the photo but it worked great. Looks a little odd in the back as the piece that hooks into the stand isn't something you can remove, but I'm not worried about that at all. If you're looking for a decent table-top mount, I went with the "VIVO Dual LED LCD Monitor Free-standing Desk Stand (Model STAND-V002F) and that's why you see in the photo.
I love this monitor overall. The picture is great and everything on it looks so much better. However when the screen is black, there is significant backlight bleed. I'm not really bothered by this because my old TV did the same thing and I got used it, but some of you may be bothered by it. But other than that, the curve is nice and the quality is amazing. The LED light is sorta bright, so I end up putting some tape over it so I can sleep at night, but its no big deal. The picture quality is so much nicer than my old TV, and it was a 1080p as well.
These are great value, decent curved monitors. We have them mounted in pairs and love the look. When seated in front of them the curve seems to disappear and it's a great surface to work from multiple windows from. These are not high end gaming monitors, but they work well in the office environment and the occasional steam side game...
This thing beats my 10 year old HD Acer monitor hands down. The Samsung HD monitor is super submerssive. Going from the old monitor to this one, I feel like I am playing my games in 3D. I didn't realize picture quality could be this deep!
Overall, I love this monitor and am ordering a second one very soon. Highly reccomend this thing for gamers.

Second monitor ordered and couldn't be happier. As a content creator, your vision is key to keeping up with what all you can have going on all at once. With the old monitor, it just wasn't happening. But now, I feel like becoming a pro content creator is actually within reach.
I highly reccomend this product to any and all gamers who do videos or streams. (No I was not paid for this review. I am simply super happy with the outcome.)

Love the curved feature. Brilliant color and sharpness and easy on the eyes for prolonged reading. As stated it's strictly a monitor and has no speakers. You might have to set the audio on your PC not to default to the monitor/HDMI after installation. In your settings your PC will ask you if you want to not use it for audio so click that option and the audio will transfer to your current external speakers. I also changed the display settings to large to take advantage of the entire curved wide screen.
A freesync Xbox monitor that uses the same Samsung 75hz va panel found in basically every 75hz curved monitor on the market but at 50-70 less then those options. As for the poor reviews about the bad backlight bleed my guess would be they have brightness up way too high or their console/pc is set incorrectly. For Xbox users you must set the console to PC RGB and use the settings I put in the attached photos, they will get you a more than decent image.
This is definitely a budget monitor. For the price it’s good. The physical monitor looks great, but the picture is somewhat dull and washed out looking. The backlight bleed through is the worst part about it. If you are not use to higher end monitors then you may not notice it as much. Overall it’s great on my kids computer that plays basic games and YouTube video.
I bought this to replace an older monitor that connects to my MacBook Pro. The prior monitor wasn't great. I'm not a gamer, just wanted a monitor for general use. This Samsung is working out nicely. It's running from an HDMI cable and I didn't have to mess with the settings. The slight curvature is a nice feature. It's not a serious issue, but the control dial/button is on the back of the monitor and not all that easy to reach or use. Not the best. Still, I'm impressed with the value and performance of this monitor.
I am so glad that I purchased this monitor when I did. The price looks a little daunting at first, but once you receive this product you'll understand that you get exactly what you pay for.
Playing games on this monitor is an amazing experience. I have never had a more crisp and clear gameplay experience on a monitor before.
If you are into gaming, video editing, or just watching movies, then this is definitely the monitor for you. Instead of purchasing a cheaper monitor, spend a little more and get exactly what you pay for with this amazing monitor!
