I use these as meal replacement when I can't get a meal made. They are hearty enough to get you to the next meal Delicious! I stay satiated and they satisfy both salty and sweet cravings without making feel like I am eating junk food. A good quick replacement if you need one. This is also offered at a much better price than my local grocery which offers a bar for 2 dollars. My purchase price was 1.17 per bar. There is also no "fake taste" to these bars. I love Luna Bars but those have an aftertaste like you are eating a protein powdered product...This is very natural and none of that happens..it is a cross between a handful of nuts at a party and a small piece of very rich chocolate..a satisfying nutritious meal replacement.
I tried this from Whole Foods as a single. Not a flavor combo I would have picked over my other favorites, but, it is my favorite. I'd eat it for breakfast every day if I let myself. Hence it's been added to my Kind stock. Wonderfully balanced between all the flavors with nothing as the "star." Kind bars are my favorite "bar for breakfast" because the flavors are balanced, all real food, right size, spicy options are available. My favorites are: Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond, Thai Sweet Chili, Dark Chocolate Chili Almond, Caramel Almond, Dark Chocolate Almond and Nuts, Honey Mustard.
The dark chocolate cherry cashew bars are my favorite! I am a teacher and there are a lot of days I don't have much time for lunch or I have to stay late after school. These are perfect to keep in my desk to grab one because they fill you up and will hold you over. If you are watching your sugar intake - these have 14 gm and there are other's that are a lot less so you may want to check those first.
These are definitely more of a meal replacement bar than a lot of the bars out there. They don't taste "fake" like some other brands do. And at slightly over $1 each, they are a much better deal than hitting the vending machine! These curb any salty or sweet cravings you might have!
I am not a fan of snack bars. However, when Kind Bars came along I was intrigued. I found them to be not only tasty but I liked the fact that I could actually distinguish by sight what the ingredients were.
They have just enough sweetness and saltiness to satisfy my sugar cravings. They do add a lot of points from a weight watchers perspective. For that reason, I only allow myself half a bar when snacking if I am sticking to my daily points.
The price used to be better on Amazon. It is definitely more affordable if you opt-in for subscribe and save.
A diabetic friend introduced me to Kind products since the glycemic index is a high priority goal for the company. The only negative I can say is the downsizing. Just because the label states the weight of the product that doesn't mean it's accurate. Some bars are very much shorter than others.

When a delivery person brings a package to me, I give a Kind Bar as a Thank You. I usually let them choose and this is their favorite too. It's moist and nutty and chocolaty (my mouth is watering). I can taste the cherries - DANG!

Out of all the snack bars/nutrition bars I've tried, these are by far one of the best. The only one I've tried in the Kind Bars is the Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew and I think they're delicious. They're low glycemic so won't cause a spike in blood sugar and keep you feeling full longer. I like them so much that I've added them to my monthly subscriptions!
These are my favorite Kind bars (along with the dark chocolate and sea salt ones). When I first had the baby, I stashed these everywhere, because sometimes, there just isn't time to eat! I try to throw a few bars in when I'm making care packages for new momas. The mix of dark chocolate with slightly tart cherries is a nice contrast, as well as the mix of chewy fruit with crisper nuts. These just feel like a decadent treat. They are a nice snack and travel fairly well (they're a little sticky, especially if it gets warm). There's a lot of debate about whether these are healthy. I wouldn't eat them every day, but for an occasional treat, they taste better, are more filling, and are generally healthier than most candy bars.
These are generally available at the store for $1.25 per bar, so I picked up the box when it was on sale at Amazon. It was great to have box on hand. The bars were soft and tasted fresh, so it didn't seem like they'd been sitting in the warehouse for too long.

We love that there are only 3 ingredients and no fillers or preservatives, no chemicals of any kind.
They area well packaged and arrived in perfect shape!
These are great. The taste is good. I was expecting more of a zing taste with cranberry and dark choc. plus nuts. Because of that, I won't buy this flavor again. I think they are great but not for me because of the flavor. They are very fresh. They are very filling and they are a great snack. I am hooked on a different flavor. This is a great brand if you are health conscious.
