I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished PC but after checking reviews, I pulled the trigger. I am happy with my purchase. All parts arrived well packaged/protected. Keyboard and mouse are low end basic items but the monitor and PC are top notch. They work smoothly with no issues so far. Seller did follow up emails to ensure that I was happy with my product. I would purchase from them again.
This desktop at this price feels like a steal!! I was so impressed with packaging and ease of setup. Monitor has multiple adjustments for height and tilt which is great for dual monitor use.

Got mine from Blair Technology. 8gb and 1TB. I was advised by a computer technician to spend a little more and get Windows 10 Professional instead of Windows 10 home; so that's something you should consider. I like very much that I could get a 4:3 type of monitor instead of the crappy widescreen type. I was also able to set the monitor on top of the pc and save space. My package was about $235. That's an incredible deal.

I would have given it a five but the monitor had a yellow screen. We couldn't get rid of it. Everything else is fine and running well.
I chose not to return the monitor so that's on me as I did have a choice to do so.

I love everything about my new refurbished computer. I never thought that it would be so easy to hook up myself. It took about 10 minutes and never had a problem. I would highly recommend this computer to anyone, especially if your finances are tight. This is a whole lot of computer and i almost would say it's under priced. I am on it everyday, to read emails, make documents, play games, checking up on Facebook, reading the news, and the list goes on. I love to learn so I spend a lot of my time on here. I absolutely love it. The only thing i forgot was the security but they have free apps and also free trial periods. I hope you enjoy yours as much as i do mine. Oh, I forgot. It doesn't have a camera but they aren't that expensive to buy.
The seller included shortcuts on the desktop to the warranty, how to return if there is a problem and other things that were helpful. I set it up quickly. The individual monitor we received was nice. The person who is using this new monitor had the large old type of monitor like the old TVs. This one was flat and quite nice, but more the square format rather than longer rectangle. For an older person with prescription glasses, seeing more centrally is easier than having to turn head side to side to view the sides sharply. Either way, the monitors are all going to be a bit different, but the computer itself will be what was specified. It was a nice refurbished unit with 8 GB RAM and the processor runs snappy. Initializing Windows10 went smoothly. I tweaked all the privacy settings as much as Microsoft permits and downloaded Classic Shell so that Windows10 would look more like Windows7 for the older woman using it. Works great! She is very happy and has no problem using it. I like also that unlike some newer PCs, there is still a DVD/CD drive and she can listen to her old CD's or watch a movie. She is very happy and as her "techie" I am very happy with this purchase.
