Great experience. Sent this as a gift, and the reciepient recieved a giant cooler packed with ice, keeping the chocolates in great shape. They look just as good as the picture. I ordered some chocolates with another company and they, on the other hand, came completely melted and unsalvagable. I'll be sticking with godiva in the future!
Very happy with the packaging. Cardboard Box had a styrofoam insert packed with ice packs to keep chocolate from melting. I was so worried it was going to be melted as this is a gift for someone. Good job Godiva.
These were a great truffle treat that were enjoyed by several. A variety of nice flavors, I had trouble eating just one at a time. Not a good idea to buy chocolates on line in the summer months though.
The chocolates really speak for themselves. They're good. The packaging comes with Godiva tape so it's no surprise what it is when its delivered (dont buy for christmas). The receipt for how much you pay is inside as well. Keep in mind if you're giving it as a gift.
Got them for my boyfriend, a chocolate lover, and he said it was some good chocolate. It comes in a box that maintains the chocolate cool. I got it in the summer and I kept the chocolate in the box and it didn't melt.

Amazon cannot stop surprising me (in good meaning). To deliver a small box (12 pc) of Godiva’s signature truffle in the original quality, Amazon Fulfillment Service provided two freeze ice packs and a special temperature control package to keep the chocolate cool on the warm day. This is pretty impressive, how Amazon focuses on client’s needs. Well done!
Product as described, I am from California and the last couple days the weather has been around 73, so it looks like the chocolate can be delivered around that temperature without melting as long as it isn’t in direct sunlight.
Would I buy again?
For myself probably not as I found them tasty but not worth $30 for 12 pieces, as long as you try them once you have the experience. But as a gift, definitely they are perfect for someone to try nice Belgium chocolate and also to give a bit fancier chocolate than you would otherwise.
