We bought this vivofit jr. as a replacement for one that our lab puppy chewed up. I liked the price of this one (especially for the StarWars version) so I ordered it. I actually didn't notice that it said it was refurbished until after it arrived (my fault), but I wouldn't have known the difference. The watch looks brand new and came with the box and instructions. I was able to pair it with our existing Garmin account and my son was using it within 10 minutes of opening the box. We are very happy with our purchase. Our first Vivofit was not a licensed one, but when we registered this one (it's the BB8 StarWars), it automatically updated my son's account with the StarWars features. So easy!
These are perfect for encouraging kids to live active. The app integration encourages kids to complete daily active goals and complete shores, in order to earn rewards. The only design flaw is that kids can cheat the pedometer by waiving their hands. Our 9 and 10 year olds love them though amd definately enjoy them
My son love this! His sister has one and he asked for one, so I found this one to give a try. We like it a lot. It survived a night outside. He also likes the band and that it’s adjustable. He has sensory sensitivity and doesn’t like it something doesn’t fit just right. This solves that by being able to adjust the band. The app allows them to play a game to keep them excited about reaching their move goals.
My daughter loves this. She never takes it off. Its water proof. The band is also comfortable.
Love it. My son loves it. He totally does his chores on his own now with the alarms. He totally doesn't even really play the game or want to. But he does his chores and loves earning points.

My boys love their vivo fit jrs. Outside of the obvious step counting I like that I can send reminders for daily tasks. The boys love using the timer feature. Highly recommend!
Our kids love these. A few times there have been some funky things with the software but after resetting the devices they have worked great. The kids like the step counter and earning coins for doing chores.
