I smoked some, and I made some herbal tea yesterday. It stopped my cravings for alcohol, tobacco and junk food last night. I had difficulty getting up this morning. No high or dreams though.
It makes a pretty yummy tea! I steep it for 10 minutes and add a bit of stevia and its delicious! I'll be buying again once I run out!
This Mugwort is really potent! Mugwort has many benefits including inducing menstruation. My cycle was delayed for over a week. I pinched a little off, lit it with my lighter and inhaled the smoke; my period started the next day. It also helped me recall my dreams and gave me a slight “head high”. This is only off of a pinch, so imagine the effects if you were to drink it as a tea or smoke more. Also this is known as the lucid dreaming herb.
Very bitter, but perfect for what I need. I use Mugwort for tea and incense! When making tea, be prepared for an extremely bitter, almost soapy taste. I mix the mugwort with lavender and honey (a lot of it) to ease that bite. For incense, it burns really well. Flame dies quick and it smolders for several minutes! Much appreciated!
They were dried nicely and not too old. I'll buy from this company again in the future.
