I purchased the Extra Large Caddy Twin Pack of Biscoff Cookies after seeing them on Amazon. I have had these in the past and I can eat them till my teeth hurt. This is a product of Belgium and is distributed by Lotus Bakeries in San Francisco. I thought some would like to see the ingredient list:
Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (One or More of Soy Bean Oil, Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, Palm Oil), Brown Sugar Sodium Bicarbonate (Leavening), Soy Flour, Salt, Cinnamon. May also contain Traces of Milk. Two Cookies have 120 calories, Total Fat 5Gram (6%), Saturated Fat 2.5 Grams, (13%), Trans Fat (0%),, Cholesterol (0%), Sodium 95mg (4%), Total Carbohydrate 18 Grams(7%), Dietary Fiber (0%), Total Sugars 10 Grams, Includes 9 Grams Added Sugars (18%). Protein 1 Gram. Insignificant Quantities of Vit D, Calcium, Iron and Potassium.
My impression of this cookie is extremely sweet almost like eating sugar in a cookie form. My order was shipped expeditiously and the cookies came intact.
These cookies are soooo good. I had them on an American Airlines flight and saved the wrapper so that I could order them when I got home. Delicious!
The packaging doesn't lie. It may be Europe's favorite cookie with coffee, and it has also become my favorite cookie with coffee. One thing that people seem to complain about is that some of the cookies may be cracked or broken upon arrival. These cookies are delicate of crumb, and that is so it can readily suck up the coffee if you're a dunker. And you really should dunk these cookies into your coffee. So keep that in mind when you order, but you really shouldn't hold it against the cookie if there are a few out of the whole set of 4 packages if there are a few casualties.
My favorite cookie! It's my daily ritual to have Biscoff cookies with my coffee each morning. Really convenient package! Although they sell these for a better price at Costco. The ones at Costco come in a bigger pack, but they are the smaller cookies and not individually wrapped. These are the bigger cookies and come 2 cookies per package (exactly like what they serve on Delta flights).
Cookies are SO good! However, the box was mailed in a mail envelope and the box holding the cookies was destroyed. Some cookies are broken. As it's for me primarily, I'm not too concerned.
If you're giving these as a gift you may want to consider the packaging.

Experience the unique flavor and crunchy texture of Lotus Biscoff cookies imported from Europe. Our European treats first made their way to America as in-flight treats. Starting in the 1980s, Lotus Biscoff treats have been paired with mid-air morning coffee in flights throughout the United States. Frequent fliers took note of the unique taste and special magic of Lotus Biscoff and coffee, and today's passengers continue to discover Lotus Biscoff on major domestic flights throughout the country.
Note that this post is for 20 packages with 2 cookies in each. That wasn’t clear to me as it says “40 cookies”. I should have read “twin packs” more closely but, like most of us buying things during the holidays, I was rushing and read it too quickly. Having said that, they arrived in tact and fresh!
Love these little cookies. They come two cookies to a pack, and I love to throw one in my purse for an afternoon snack. They remind me of something between a ginger snap and graham cracker... only 10x better.
They make a tasty, low-cal breakfast snack. Good with a hot cup of coffee while the workplace is quiet first thing in the morning. Low-key molasses taste with a touch of ginger bread. Delta airlines serves these as snacks - that's how we found out about them.
We were introduced to these cookies on several flights with American Airlines over the last few years. They are a welcome change from the stale pretzels we are usually given. I decided after the last flight that they woul be great to have around the house. Love these cookies and plan to buy more!
I loved these cookies. I had received a pack on a recent flight I was taking to Dallas, and saved the wrapper. I brought it home and decided to see if Amazon had them, got a great price and ordered almond butter to put on them . It was great for my night snack of cookies and milk!! Love them!!
