We’ve been ordering Amazon meal kits for a while, and this is one of my favorites so far—they’ve all been good but this one is like something you would order in a nice restaurant. The farro salad has mint, pistachios, artichoke hearts, and cheese, which is an unusual combination but it works.
I’m definitely ordering it again and next time I will make the salad in advance then put it in the fridge so that it’s slightly chilled when I eat it in my boiling hot no-AC kitchen.
This was the third Amazon fresh meal kit I have tried. All have been excellent is one stands out. One thing that distinguishes the Amazon kits are their ingredients. And this kit has fantastic ingredients throughout. Mint, parsley, rosemary, chicken and everything else are top notch. The recipe is straight forward. And the results are phenomenal. It will please and impress. The flavors are complex, satisfying and portions generous. Lovely delicious.
Amazon meal kits have changed my life. Thank you! This one in particular tastes fantastic and is extremely easy to make. If you start cooking the Faro immediately, it's even less than what the instructions say.
Yet another way to eat chicken, yum! The romesco sauce added just the right amount of tang and flavor. Would get again. Amazon meal kits are the best.
