This was my first product from Terrasoul. Since the purchase of this product, I have bought a few others. I bought these other products because this one is so excellent! The pumpkin seeds taste really good and they are extremely fresh. You really get so many for such a low price. They’re organic too which is a nice bonus!

I really like these seeds. Whenever we had to do mountain biking or point to point hikes? These were the go-to for me when my blood sugar was low. It levels it out splendidly.
And there's another benefit to these.. But not, if you're top-heavy lady like myself. They increase your boob size. I'm not kidding. After doing more research, i noticed that many holistic practitioners recommend a tsp a day with other seeds included to attain this goal. Well, i wasn't aware of this until AFTER the fact. I was shoveling these tasty seeds by the handfuls after a long trek.
Apparently, they will increase your estrogen levels and boom! There you have it! Instant natural flotation devices.
The recommended use is to sprinkle a very small amount on salads or as a garnish.. So, if you're eating these excessively, and you notice some hormonal changes? After i purchased these and awaited their arrival, I seen a review that said that these are not good for snacking out of the bag, which is very misleading and was only stated due to a person preference of a salted and "sprouted" version by that buyer, these are great as a snack, especially if you prefer a more healthier snack without salt. These also can be baked but I prefer them raw. I will continue to buy.
My Dr recommended I try Pumpkin seeds to help refuce leg and foot cramps I was getting at night. AMAZING! I have been adding them to my Salads and already a quick safe bnoticeable improvement! They taste Good alone too and I plan to find more ways to incorporate these into my diet !

Great quality. Very fresh, no strange odors. Pumpkin seeds are loaded with healthy nutrients. There are so many ways they fit into my diet. I am very health conscious. They can be eaten raw, but I prefer to oven roast them (or use dehydrator) They are excellent when slow roasted on lowest oven temperature for 3 to 4 hours. Add a little olive oil and Himalayan Salt prior to roasting. When done add to air tight glass container and use as needed in salads, as snack or cooking.

This is my second order of Terrasoul pumpkin seeds and I've been very pleased. Its impossible to find these raw seeds in stores and, since discovering how rich in magnesium they are, I've been using them. I like to sprinkle them on salads, make pumpkin seed butter for toast and my husband likes them roasted with a little olive oil and sea salt. The ants love it! Little baby ant infestation.. out of all my foods, they went for the pumpkin seeds and somehow I must have not closed the tight enough. if ants are seeking it out, that tells me there's probably some health value to it. (yes, different species and all, but there's some nutrituaion content in there for sure).

I love that it's shelled and haven't found any parts of a shell in the whole package. I also love that it is completed UNSALTED. I eat them alone and sometimes combine them with a trail mix. Originally I found this product in a store near me and from day one I was hooked. The size is completely appreciated, the bag design is fitting with your other products making you line much more distinguishable and easy to locate in a store. In keeping with or without my current eatting habbit this product is completely acceptable. The taste is the best, i have enjoyed the clean and clearly crisp flavor without overindulging.
