Hi, I am a large fan of anything Terrasoul! Nice packaging, great tasting, rich real food. These are bland and unsalted, great on morning cereal or evening salads, or just a handful. I do not eat that much salt, and these do not have any on them. They are great tasting, fresh. I keep mine in quart canning jars in the fridge and use them on everything. Anything this company produces is wonderful. You can see that in the care of the packaging, the text on the bags and the product itself. I think you will love these as I do. I have re ordered many of their almond and cashew products. Like these, all of these are great on oatmeal along with a banana and some strawberries, you have a full bowl and are not hungry until lunch! I love their products and will be back for sure. I got these for the nutritional value but I have lost 7 pounds since buying these. I used to eat a sandwich or something else when I get hungry but just a few finger fulls of sunflower seeds satisfies my hunger and stops the hunger pains for hours. The only thing I experience with these are a little belching later. But to me it means my stomach is happy. Now I don't have to eat during the middle of the night. I can just eat a little sunflower seeds.

I feed birds these organic sunflower seeds. They are so very nutritious, I try to make sure I am eating them too. Many other stores are often out of stock. There is the vegetarian protein. And magnesium which if levels are low can be related to depression. Thank you.
As to the quality and taste, this is the second time I've ordered these sunflower seeds. Although not domestically produced (which doesn't necessarily mean they would be any better), they appear to be high quality and taste great. A little light roast with some olive oil and salt makes them quite tastier. I will continue to order them as they are very healthy for humans.

I bought these because they are gluten free. They are awesome. I make a killer raw broccoli salad with raisins, sunflower seeds, and onion, and I use a raw cashew dressing that I blend up. We eat plant based at my house, and you can't go wrong with these.
