Love them! Cute and surprisingly healthy for plants that just shipped in box for 3 days. The donkey tail is very adorable! I'm going to keep them in my office.
My only advice would be to un-box them somewhere smart. The loose dirt is everywhere.
Ordered these about a month ago, wanted to wait to review until they had time to “recover” from their travels through the mail. I’m impressed! They came packed tightly with a heating pack and there was viritually no loss of leaves/growth or damage to the plants upon arrival!
They did get a good drink of water immediately and were put out in the fresh air gradually (a few warm hours a day) to acclimate before being repotted two weeks ago.
For those of you unpleased with your string of pearls, mine were also drying out pretty badly but a gardener friend suggested using paper clips to anchor the shallow roots into the soil and since that little ammendment, I’m seeing new growth starting! Just a little bummed that I got kind of a sparse container of the String of Pearls, while some of the newer review pictures show overflowing grower pots (but that’s just plant envy 😉).
Overall, I hope these continue to thrive and grow and I thank the seller for taking the time to ensure a healthy, fast shipment!
I bought this pack and another pack of 2" succulents also. So now I have the 2" string of pearls and the 4" and they look soooo cute together! The burrito sedum showed up with no damage! Love them!
My plants arrived earlier than expected and were superbly packed. Each plant had its own, light cardboard box. Each box had shaved cardboard packing material inside, so the plant wouldn't be tossed around or damaged in shipping. There were literally NO broken pieces from either plant. Both plants arrived in perfect shape. There was some excess soil at the bottom of the both boxes, so be careful when you open them. I removed the succulents from the bottom of each box, to allow the plants to slip out easily. Fortunately, I opened the boxes over another container, so the dirt did not spill everywhere. They succulents were very dry, so I gave them each a nice drink, then put them out on our patio to get some air and light. I'm thrilled with the purchase and highly recommend Shop Succulents.
My mom loved them so much I gave them to her! Will be ordering another pair! Perfect size and shape for gifts

I was very nervous before buying these plants because I wasn’t sure how they would do being shipped to NYC in the winter. The reviews were positive so I decided to give it a shot and so happy I did! These were shipped with a heating pack and arrived healthy and full. Unboxing was a little messy so I recommend doing it over the trash or a sink. But overall really happy with these little guys!
Loved Them. Could have used some more dirt for the ride over to me but overall I love them both.
Was skeptical ordering plants online but I could not find a string of pearls at any store. Plants came fast and were bigger than expected, packaged extremely well with very little casualties as far as broken leaves. The burrows tail is much larger than what I was able to find in store (see photo) overall I definitely recommend, hopefully they grow well! Package needs signature so keep that in mind.
OMG! I love them!
I held my breath and ordered potted succulents for the first time ever. On the 3rd day they arrived! Perfectly packed with a delicate touch and a warmer in the package (which was still slightly warm). Amazing. Not a single leaf lost. Fully rooted and wonderfully full. I placed each pot in a small bowl of water and they immediately drank--then placed them on a bright window sill. String of Pearls and Donkeytail welcome to our house! I'll be sure to order from Shop Succulents again.
