I'm not sure if the product I received was used because it came with Windows 10 Home pre-installed. Also, loaded with a lot of bloatware.

Including the SM961in your software support (like magician and migration) isn't something big" I needed something with 240 - 265GB capacity with 960 Pro performance and dependability and the SM961 didn't disappoint me at all, but the lack for support is the magor draw back. So Plaese SAMSUNG don't forsake us because we picked this up over many other options most are much cheaper"

Installed this into a Dell 7060 Micro desktop. (replacing the stock Sata M.2 drive).
Windows 10 reinstalled in a few minutes, so far no issues with the drive! pretty great value for the $.
