This is the second brand of glass protector I purchased and I really like these. Instructions are clear and the protectors are very easy to install - straight! They cover the entire (lit) display area, and sealed all the way to the edge. They also don't smudge or attract finger prints easily which is a bonus compared to cheaper non-glass protectors.
Two "dumb" people purchased a "smart" phone and, because we were completely illiterate about these phones (we always had a "dumb" flip phone), the salesperson told us to purchase the protective covering for the glass because it was expensive to replace. So, we checked out Amazon and were amazed at how many suppliers were selling these screen protectors. The reason we chose JETech was because of the very reasonable price for three protectors and the lifetime warranty. When the item arrived, we brought it to the store where we purchased our phone to have them put the screen protector on our phone, which they did, and we were very pleased to find out that everything needed to apply the screen protector was included in the package. I first purchased this brand for my Samsung S4 - I loved it so much that as soon as I upgraded to an iPhone I immediately purchased this brand again. Placing the screen protector is fairly simple and a painless process - you receive 3 different tempered glass screen protectors, along with cloths to wipe clean, and a sticky film to grab any dust off the surface of the phone prior to placing.
My Samsung dropped on hard tile floor at JUST that "right" angle that you cringe when you go to pick up your phone because you know its likely bad - to my surprise there was a crack along the front horizontally BUT it was only on the tempered glass! It had completely saved my Samsung. I peeled off the cracked one, and could have easily replaced the screen protector. So far it is working brilliantly for my iPhone as well. I absolutely recommend this product for the best protection of your phone's fragile surface!
I've had this screen protector for the last couple of months and let me tell you, it works perfectly!
I am extremely clumsy and having a tempered screen protector has saved my phone from ultimate destruction multiple times. I had dropped my phone room that I can remember and until now, the screen doesn't have a single scratch on it! I am still only on my first screen and it has been months. I absolutely love this item!
The price of the item is also extremely affordable and a bargain for the protection that you are getting. A word of caution, be extremely careful when installing the item to not get any dust in between the screen and the protector. Once you take off the protector, you can not put it back on!
This thing is amazing! Once I laid it down it seats itself on the screen. You can literally see it seal and I had no air bubbles. I am the WORST at putting on screen protectors and usually go through a pack of 3 to get one screen covered. This took one try. Fantastic!

That being said, I was a little hesitant to put the protector on myself as I tend to have issues. But I read the instructions, which were simple enough, followed them and got it done right on the first try. It took maybe five minutes to do. I love it already. It feels good, and covers most of the screen there's a bit of an edge it doesn't cover but I imagine it's because of the curves of the edges of the phone and that is just fine by me. The only slight problem I have is it tends to transfer light from the screen, so there's a little illuminated line on my phone. But I can't even complain about it because the application was so easy and it seems to be good quality so far. Will update over time. :)
I am reviewing a screen protector - and this product deserves more than 5 stars ... why? Because it is much better than I had expected in terms of quality (for the very low price - $6 for 3 protectors). If you need something to laugh about, go to an AT&T or Verizon store and see the prices for these things...
OK, so that said - a few dollars - and the screen protectors are delivered in a nice package; there is not just a small cloth for each screen protector (to clean the surface of the phone), there is also a sticker to finish off around the buttons where bits of grime etc. - so you can be sure your screen is super clean in preparation for the new screen protector. There are two little stickers which you put on either side/end (top-right & bottom-left) of the new screen protector, and this allows you to move the screen protector around as you position it.
It fit well, and caused no bubbles / dark spots.
So - for this little product, the package and overall quality was EXCELLENT - so well done!
And my phone looks new! The screen protector is good quality, and with the new screen my phone screen, readability and brightness looks improved too.
So there you go! I fitted this on both an iPhone 8 and an iPhone 6S (and have a spare one if I need another!)
The brand I was using would start peeling up around the edges shortly after applying, so I decided to try these. First of all, I like the JTEch product much better. It covers more of my screen and so far, the edges are adhering. With my previous brand, I would position the glass on my screen and "tape" it to the bottom edge of the phone with two adhesive tabs. Then, I would lift the protector by a tab at the top, then remove the protective layer from the bottom of the glass using that tab. Then, I would lower the glass to the screen, remove the tabs, and voila! Once the protective layer was removed, the glass protector was right above the phone, and it was easy to lower it down to the correct position, remove bubbles, and remove the adhesive tabs. With the JETech product, it was more difficult for me to correctly position the glass protector because it was not taped to the phone and properly positioned before removing the protective layer. I ruined the first glass because somewhere between removing the protection and proceeding to place it on my phone, it picked up some fuzz from the air that I didn't see until the glass was positioned and had adhered. I tried lifting a corner of the glass to blow off the fuzz but it was on the sticky part. I was going to live with it but the corner I lifted wouldn't adhere. That is the only reason I removed one star -- difficulty of application, for me, at least. Still, I like the product and the way it looks on my phone, and I like the price. I will probably buy again.
Applied to iphone 7. Installing JEtech tempered glass to iphone 7 is non-trivial, but at the same time not too difficult job. But does need slight experience (of having applied screen protectors, and esp dust and handling the adhesive side and aligning with iphone speakers/camera and touch button etc)
My tips
- apply in bathroom after shower (very less dust in air due to high moisture and closed environment)
- may be rubbing alcohol or some other cleaning agent (I could think of common after shave as well) - a light brush to remove grease and grime from screen. Note - very oddly no wiping tissue with JETech protector (ones which have screen cleaning liquid to moisten and clean as provided by other screen protector packages)
- aligning is the key, practice that before hand (dry run so can see how steady your hands can be, and do it slowly, very slowly and deep breathe to get steadier hands). See where cut outs for speaker and iphone front camera (top part) align, and where the home/touch button cut out aligns (that will take care of edges as well so can just focus on these 2 parts)
- I had to pull out as tempered glass was slightly askew, but avoid touching the adhesive side of tempered glass (one that sticks to iphone screen as that will get dust particles which are probably very very difficult to remove/clear afterwards). Quickly relaid the tempered glass and then from one edge applied even light pressure so there were no bubbles or dust when fully done
- Note: practice before hand (dry run of how you'd stick this protector on as if you are actually applying it, deep breathe and be very slow - it can be painfully subtle job)
Will update how it lasts, have just applied. Protector does look clear on the screen though. Keeping fingers crossed. All the best.
The are very easy to install and clean. When I bought my iPhone the store had screen protectors for $35-$40. When I spend that much I tend to keep the cover on longer when it should be replaced sooner. But at this price point I can switch it out 2-3 times if needed. They work fine for the first few months. But all covers somehow get air under them eventually. When if that happens if have 2 more covers ready to go.
