Wanted these bars for favors at an upcoming party but didn't want to spend 1$ a bar. I found this bulk item for around 20$ for 36 bars and was extremely happy with the purchase. It works out to about .55cents a bar so you cant go wrong. Being summer, I was concerned that this item would be shipped and left outside in the hot sun while I was at work and melt. I was nervous about it all day. Thankfully, when I go home, even though it was sitting in direct sunlight, I found they were kind enough to package these in dry ice. Needless to say, they never melted and stayed in normal condition. I was very relieved. I then checked the exp date on these and it was well into 2018 so again I was happy. I did take one bar to try and it tasted great. Great product and great quality. Fresh and fast.

It's Hershey's milk chocolate. What else can you say? Creamy? Delicious? All of that.
I mostly use them to "frost" cookies. My mom has a Chocolate Drop Cookie recipe that uses Hershey's this way. When you take the pan of cookies out of the oven, put one square of chocolate on each cookie. By the time you've put on the last square, you can go back to the first and begin spreading the now melty chocolate on the cookie. You can do the same thing with bar cookies, just putting a few whole bars on, then, in a few minutes, spreading the softened chocolate over the surface. Give it time to cool and firm up, then you can cut them as you would normally.
Oh, and if you just need your chocolate fix satisfied, you can't beat Hershey's.
Of course we all love chocolate. Of course it tastes fantastic. (Note: if it doesn’t taste like chocolate to you consider what you ate just prior-☺️ Don’t eat at after lemonade for example. And don’t melt/refrigerate/melt/freeze, etc. It changes the flavor) anyway I love chocolate especially Hershey’s. I refrigerate as soon as it arrives because I love the crunch. But what amazed me was it’s 90 degrees right now and the package is was in a different place than usual so I didn’t see it. No worries, there was a cold pack inside! That is above and beyond! So of course they taste great!
Living in Nevada, in the middle of the heat, I was afraid how these would look when they arrived, but they were packaged beautifully, with cold packs and they arrived safely, not the slightest bit melted. The candy itself is the best there is, in my opinion, smooth and creamy with that perfect Hershey's taste. I will definitely order these again, what a bargain for the price!
Rather than give out cheap little pieces of candy that are gone in one bite, I bought 7 boxes of these full-sized candy bars this year for Halloween. Trick or Treaters loved them! Kids really lit up when I put these in their bags! SIDE BENEFIT! You get to eat all the candy that is left over! These bars were also very fresh, so we were very happy with the purchase. My wife, kids and Grandma are still eating left over bars as snacks!

Fortunately, after reading several commends from buyers, who received melted or broken pieces, most probably due to rough handling and shipment to high temperature parts of the nation, my order arrived in good condition. As I read the disappointed buyer reviews, considering the fact that chocolate bars are extremely vulnerable to high temp. melting, it seems to me that the only way buyers can avoid melt downs is to purchase candy, especially chocolate bars, only during the cooler seasons in areas that experience high temps during summertime ?
This isnt so much about how great the chocolate is, but how impressed i am with Amazon shipping My order arrived yesterday thile i was at work. It was in the mid 90's outside and I knew i would find a box full of melted chocolate when I got home. To my surprise and relief, when I opened the box I found that Amazon put insulation and an ice pack in the box. I am very impressed.
Great price for something I buy a lot of. I use these as motivation for my daughter. She sometimes has a hard time getting going when she has dance practice or is supposed to clean her room. These candy bars were delivered in great condition and at a great price. I would worry about ordering them when it’s really hot unless I knew I was going to be home when they arrived.
Although the weather did not cooperate (it suddenly got hot rather than the cooler weather it had been), these chocolate bars arrived in perfect shape. They arrived in a little cooler and although the cooling (ice?) package was melted, the chocolate bars were not melted. I popped them in the freezer to keep them fresh and they are. They taste amazing and are a beautiful dark color (i.e., not dried out ashy in color). Delish.
I ordered two cases of Hershey bars for a "gender reveal" treat (coloring "he" or "she" based on the gender). The shipping information was unavailable temporarily, which was a little stressful since I needed the candy by a specific date. Luckily, it was quickly resolved and arrived within a week of ordering with Subscribe and Save. The cases were exactly as I expected and cost significantly less than purchasing at the store. The expiration date is comfortable (a few months away). Can't wait to use them!
