Almond is always with my daily routine!
I try to eat 12 almonds every sigle day (That's the proper amound to be consumed per day according to doctors). One of the easiest way i take almond is throwing some into my blendar for making green smoothie in the morning. It gives you not only great taste but also great nutrition for your body.

These are a good price for natural almonds. For roasted and sea salt added almonds Costco has a very good priced bag over 2x this size. However, these are perfect for roasting at home and controlling what you add. And convenient to be able to order online.
