I recently start to explore all the benefits of fats. For last 20 years we lived with that myth that fast is bad for us. That's why USA health declining every year, because all the fats now been changed to sugar.
Thanks god lately we have alot of great people who really dig into how human body works, and explain people differences between good fats and bad fats, fats that heal and fats that kill.
One of the best fats out there is from coconut. It have so many magical properties, you can do so much with it. And main sources of it is coconut oil, coconut butter or coconut milk. I use all of those. But i just love coconut milk. It's tasty, it's good for you, what more can you ask.
You can use coconut milk in a lot of ways, make soups form it, drink it, add it basically anywhere, use it as replacement for dairy milk of course. I mostly use it as a creamer, adding to my coffee or tea, and sometimes just drink it as it is. You can google some recipes with coconuts milk in some countries most of dishes make with it. For example Thailand. If you never tried spicy coconut soup, you really need to do it as soon as possible, it's delicious and healthy.
Mainly coconut milk is really great for your brain, I really feel more clarity and focus after i drink some coconut milk, and of course i'm, because brain receive what it need to function the right way, brain is mostly consist fat, fat and water to be concise.
Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk, 13.5-oz. Cans (Count of 12) is organic, can is BPA free, so it's fully safe for your body. It's sourced from Thailand. Thailand have one of the best coconuts in the world, and we want best for our bodies.
Highly recommended, ditch your dairy and use something that is really good for your body.
I'm hooked on this! It's important to me that it only has 3 ingredients (please check yours just in case it changes) rather than the long list other brands have. I use it every day in my coffee because it is sugar and dairy free but tastes AMAZING! Better than any creamer or milk I've ever used.
I also got my mom hooked on it instead of the vanilla ice cream she used to put in her coffee.
It also works well in every recipe I've needed milk.
The price for quality full-fat coconut milk seems to continue increasing and has frequently been out-of-stock near us lately. Driving from store to store to check for stock is getting old, so on a whim I decided to check amazon for some and am so glad I did. I've used this brand a time or two in the past and am so happy to have it back in my home. We follow a predominately paleo lifestyle, so this is an absolute staple for us! The price is very reasonable (and significantly less than routine in-store costs for us), and I love that I'm getting a quality full-fat organic product. The cans are BPA-free and the milk does NOT have carrageenan in it, which is a big "no" in our home. This milk has lots of thick cream on top, and still the beautiful milk throughout. I recommend giving it a good shake to blend it up better before opening it, but it will still combine well if stirred. The flavor is so rich and pure, and not bland or bitter at all. I ate some plain from the top of the can to try and was very impressed. This makes a fabulous sauce for Indian and Thai dishes, as well as for any baking. If you want an even thicker product (some recipes call for it, or if you want a heartier sauce) try coconut cream as opposed to the milk. I ordered this one evening and it was on my doorstep the very next morning. I have already used almost half of my box that I just ordered, so I'll be back for more soon. It arrived in a divider-style box just big enough to hold the cans with segregated compartments and in perfect condition. This is definitely the way to go if you like to stock up on stuff like this or are looking for an excellent deal along with quality. Enjoy!
This Native Forest Organic Classic Coconut Milk is fabulous! The silky softness is obvious when you open the can. It’s completely mixed. Stays mixed even when refrigerated. I left this can in the refrigerator for 2 days & when opened it was exactly as pictured. I purchased a case of these cans with expiration date of May 24, 2019! I will buy this brand again for my “keto” diet lifestyle. Enjoy, you won’t go wrong.
My favorite ‘coffee creamer’ - use it everyday. The Amazon prices are running much higher right now compared to our local stores so holding off in reordering.

Description
A staple of Thai, Indian and Caribbean cuisines, Native Forest® Classic Organic Coconut Milk imparts rich and creamy goodness to wonderful regional dishes. In Thailand, devoted farmers are proud to have achieved organic certification of their traditional coconut crop. While organic coconuts are generally smaller than their conventional counterparts, organically managed trees are more robust and drought-resistant, and their soil is more rich and moisture retentive. The first pressing of the fresh organic coconut meat yields an oil-rich extract that is mixed only with filtered water and a tiny amount (less than 1%) of guar gum from the seeds of the guar plant. The result is Native Forest® Classic Organic Coconut Milk, a delicious ingredient in soups, curries, sauces, desserts, and beverages. It may also replace dairy milk or cream in some of your favorite American recipes with excellent results.
I have used the Native Forest coconut milk for years. I have tried many others and this one is by far the best tasting, plus it is organic. I go through enough of it that I signed up for a recurring delivery of a case. It is going to save me quite a bit over purchasing locally at my grocery store. I read the reviews talking about dented cans but ordered anyway. Some that I buy at the grocery store are dented so I didn't feel it was a big deal either way. I received my case today and not a single can was dented.
Regarding the reviewer talking about the expiration date - please disregard. They do not understand the coding system that is used. As explained in my reply to that comment, the date code is a production code and is six letters. Those that I received today were BAAJCH which corresponded to a production date of September 10, 2009. This is only 5 months ago.
Also the same reviewer talking about solids in the can may not realize that when coconut milk is colder (below 76 degrees), the oil will solidify. If you want it all liquid and smooth put the can in a pan of warm water for a while.
This is an excellent product, even better with Amazon's special pricing and free shipping for recurring orders. This is also backed by Amazon's excellent customer service noted by the unhappy customer.
This is probably my favorite coconut milk. It's rich and thick and has a great flavor. I recently had a chance to compare Native Forest and Thai Kitchen side by side as I ran out of Native Forest and needed a can before my Amazon order arrived. Thai Kitchen was the brand stocked at the closest store, and I went with that. It's a good brand, and I bought it for years. But it's not quite as good as Native Forest to my tastes. They are very similar in texture with Native Forest being just slightly thicker. The coconut cream is also a little thicker with Native Forest. The biggest difference is in the taste; Native Forest tastes less processed and more like fresh coconut. This was also a good price at Amazon. I highly recommend this brand of coconut milk
The ingredients are good (you have to check each brand) and the price is good. We've been buying this product for a long time and keep re-ordering.
Regarding the product separating into liquid and solid in the can, it is usually based on the temperature around you. In the Summer, the product is all liquidy but in the Winter we have to whisk the solid and liquid together even after shaking the can.
Would give this five stars except many cans arrive dented with each order and I don't like dented cans because I feel the quality of the product overall has been compromised.
Anybody out there have a coconut yogurt recipe that really thickens up? I don't add anything but T of sugar for the culture to eat.
This product is good, no BPA, and organic. It separates in the fridge so you can get the solid cream off the top... I also make coconut milk yogurt by the quart in my yogurt maker. It doesn't really thicken up, but you get the benefits without using dairy. I add vanilla extract and cinnamon to the finished refrigerated product, really delicious.
Don't make a mistake (like I did) and get SIMPLE.. It is watered down and will never get the cream on the top if you put the can in the fridge.
Blech.
I purchased a case of this product several months ago. When it arrived, eight of the twelve cans were bent--six severely so. I reported to Amazon that I couldn't tell if the contents were usable until I had opened each can which would take more than the 30 day refund period. Amazon promptly refunded my money. I started with the most damaged cans. After removing the contents, I cleaned the can and inspected the liner. The lining was totally intact so I tried the next. Again, no problem. I buy these to make ice cream which I did. The results were excellent. I normally use Thai organic which is very good, but I thought the flavor of the Native Forest to be better--cleaner tasting. I did have a case from Thailand. I wrote a review upon receiving my order but having mentioned packaging (which was perfect), the review was denied. I don't know if I would order again because of the problem with country of origin and the apparent difference in quality. I just wanted to let people know that the technology of canning has improved so that the concept of crushed cans=tainted product may no longer apply. Of course, if the buyer receives a can so crushed that it cannot be opened, then the can is useless. The contents of the product I received is worth 5 stars. The conditions of the cans reduced it to 4 stars.
