These Nutty Fudge Brownie bars definitely have the look and feel of a thin brownie--the fudge type, not the fluffy cake-y type, although they're not as sweet and delightful obviously. Still, considering they're only 2g of net carbs, they're a far better option than many other late night snacks. The nuts on top really help to sell the illusion, so these snack bars aren't as miserable as those protein squares that double as a roofing shingle.
If you're on a keto diet, or just trying to cut down on your carb intake, these bars let you feel less deprived. Speaking for myself, they allow me to feel less hostile towards the world for having to stick with my stupid keto regimen. So that's a plus.
Happy to have more Atkins options available via Subscribe and Save than there used to be. These are slightly larger than the chocolate carmel mousse bars which are also delicious but tiny.
I especially like these because, although they're small, they have seven grams of protein, not bad! And they absolutely taste like a soft, moist, fudge brownie with walnuts on top.
No funky aftertastes or clue that they're even light, if we didn't know better. Literally the size of a brownie so a buck a bar ain't cheap but if you have a sweet tooth and are watching your carbs, these are a win!

“Atkins Nutty Fudge Brownies” are in new packaging with the addition of the word “Bar” on the package. All the ingredients and nutrition facts appear to be the same, and are listed in the same order. What has changed is removal of a disclaimer on the old package that said “partially produced with genetic engineering. For more information about GMO ingredients visit about Atkin‘s food.com.” Evidently the new bars are non-GMO? However, the new package does not boast of that information. Also removed is the fine print wording on the old package that said “Not a low calorie food. See nutrition information for calorie and saturated fat content“.
The size of the bar remains the same.

These are REALLY good. I love chocolate but I am very particular about it. I've tried other chocolaty keto or protein bars and they always tasted kind of chalky and weird. These are really good and saves me having to make my own fat bombs. I wish the box would be larger. Just added this as my first every monthly subscription.
I was kinda hesistant to purchase Atkins after starting to reduce carbs in my diet but I am VERY surprised by these. They are delicious. Like a true fudgey brownie bar. I can't imagine what it's like warmed up, gonna try that next! I will definitely be purchasing again and trying other Atkins products!

God I love these. I just saw the brownie picture and bought it. I didn't know it's for weight loss. How can it be when I eat 4 in a row? Thankfully I'm at a good weight. Otherwise, I'd be way skinnier. I buy these once a month. I try to buy more fattening things now to offset these.. OK I'm being sarcastic. It's too bad one has to put a disclaimer like that but there are some of us that can't get jokes like that, even if you put one in their mouth.

I bring along an Atkins nutty fudge brownie bar when I go to birthday parties and know I'm going to have to resist cake... That way I can still have a sweet treat while everyone else is eating cake! I also keep these stocked for "that time of the month" when I get positively DESPERATE for chocolate. The flavor is great (not weird like some low carb chocolate options) and eating this brownie feels really indulgent.
The flavor of these is quite good. I'll be buying them again. One downside, though, is that the chocolate on the first one I tried (the only one I've eaten so far) was a bit oxidized, like it was a bit old or had been stored in a very dry place. That is to say the chocolate had a slight white film that was not wax. The use by date was within specs, so I ate it and it tasted okay, but I didn't expect an oxidized bar. I don't like to mess around with returning an item that isn't absolutely ruined, and like I said, the flavor was good, so it was okay.
I absolutely LOVE these Atkins Nutty Fudge Brownie Bars!! My boyfriend had bought these and I was skeptical, since I'm a chocoholic, but they're actually pretty tasty. They definitely cure that chocolate fix when I need it. They kind of remind me of the Little Debbie Fudge Brownies, but not quite as...greasy, I guess. Super glad to have these on-hand while I'm starting with the Keto meal plans!
