ok I am writing this from the bottom of my heart.
I suffer from chronic Cluster headaches, I had tried every medicine in the book to control the headaches and none worked. the pain was so bad that the bottom number my blood pressure would go into the 200's, three time I have been hospitalized for more than a week.
I had bought these for my son to use instead of the un-healthy energy drinks he was using during football practice, he did not like them so I tried them so they would not go to waist. I started having the headaches less and less, when I stopped using the drinks they retuned to 4 or more a day, I started drinking the Zipfizz again and again they went away, I have repeated this many times to make sure that is really what is helping. I try to drink at least 3 a day, if I am really bad I drink more.
I am not say this will cure every headache for everyone, only that it has help me, in fact I believe it has saved my life, from the high Blood pressure but from maybe taking my own life because of the pain. Cluster headaches are also nick named suicide headaches, for those how have suffered as I have they know why they are called that.
I have given them to others and they have not help and some now swear by them as I do, it is worth a try.
Please believe I am saying this with the upmost sincerity, it may not help everyone but if it helps a few that has suffered as I have!!
Susiegirl on the ketogenic forums suggested this for the early morning weakness that I was feeling when starting my journey of converting from burning carbs to fat for energy. It has been brutal. This has helped a lot. It is horribly sweet, even for one who has a sweet tooth. However, it occurred to me to add some salt to it since more salt is never a bad thing on keto. So I added 1/8 teaspoon and that has made this a very enjoyable sweet/sour drink, not that I'm drinking it for enjoyment if you know what I mean. Warning to those who have compromised hand strength. The plastic on each container is VERY hard to get off. I appreciate the security of it but come on.....
I love this stuff. Started walking 3-5 miles a day. I drink this about 30min prior and find that I walk further and have more energy. since dieting and walking I have lost 40lbs and I attribute some of this to the energy I gain when using this product. No crashes like redbull or 5 hour energy drinks. Seems like it is better for you than the other energy drinks. Other review say they don't like the taste, I disagree. I put a bottle of water in the freezer for 20-30 min just enough so the water begins to freeze. The orange taste like a creamsicle. The colder the better.
I actually really like this! I am a normal 2-3 cup coffee drinker every morning, but since I am the only one in the house who drinks it, I found myself throwing coffee away each night. I bought this based on Amazon reviews, which I normally take with a grain of salt.
I had a hard time waking up & figuring out how to find the perfect mix while I was still half asleep, so I started mixing half a container of this with one regular 16 ounce sized water bottle, and having it on my nightstand so I can drink it first thing when I wake up. I put the other half in another 16 ounce water bottle in the fridge and shake it up and drink it around 10:30am.
As someone who could easily consume 3-4 coffee’s before lunch, I felt great taking this half when I woke up & half an hour before lunch. I feel like this is a great thing to buy to keep in your purse/house for those last minute times when you might normally take a 5 Hour energy or espresso, and a half of one will work. But, for the money, I would stick to your coffee routine.
I am giving 5 stars because I view this as an excellent replacement to 5 Hour energy & Red Bull, But wouldn’t recommend replacing your normal coffee or tea routine with it.
I love this stuff and am always on the hunt for the best price! This is a "must have" in places like arid Arizona in the summer. With NO SUGAR ADDED, Potassium at 950 mg and B-12 at 2500 mcg, this "go to" water supplement keeps my electrolytes in balance. I love this product because I get severe muscle cramps. Once I started Keto, this product was recommended to me, as the muscles lose so many electrolytes, including salt, magnesium, and potasium. This product is great at keeping the cramps from happening. I have suffered for decades, finally a product that keeps the cramps from happening at all! I gave this item a 4 ( I would have given it a 4.5 if I could have) because the flavors in the sample pack could use some tweaking. The orange tastes a lot like the old Tang drinks. The free pack included was black cherry and it was VERY good. The fruit punch is also really good. I find that I dilute it a bit more than they suggest, and from watching videos online, I am not the only one. I just spread it out throughout the day. I drink one a day every day, and I drink two a day on more active days or heavy workout days. It is a bit pricey, but well worth the effects that it gives you.

I love this stuff, I am not sure what has transpired in my mind to cause me to not drink at least a gallon of water. I use to any way I got this product in Sams but now I only see the other flavors. I did blood work and my hormones were so off I was premenopausal!! Included this in my diet and OMG! This along with a few other supplements changed my blood work to the point all I needed was to add D3! Hormones were realigning and looking better and I feel great when putting in my water, its also great for charlie horses!
We bought some of these from the vendor at the state fair and loved them. SO glad that Amazon has them as well as these are a daily thing in our house. My son likes to drink one about an hour before any practice or game and my hubby loves them for long nights at school or working on school work. They give a great energy boost without the caffeine or chemical jitters and they taste really good. My hubby says they are a great replacement for soda too since they have the bubbles that you want without all the sugar and junk in them. We keep a GOOD stock of these around!
I have purchased many boxes of this product and I love the taste, especially the orange and the orange creme. I noticed on the packaging that the manufacturer states to not drink more than three per day, so I limited my intake to two per day. My doctor ran some regular lab work and found an elevated amount of potassium in my system. The manufacturer includes a too large amount of potassium in its formula, and my doctor told me not to drink more than one zipfizz every TWO days. However, there is a caveat! For those who are prone to leg cramps and/or diarrhea (or, excessive dehydration of any etiology) this product is an EXCELLENT medication when used to replace electrolytes.
