This product removed the mysterious line that was scanning on all of my documents after 1 year of using my ScanSnap ix500. I ordered this product after watching a YouTube on how to properly clean my ScanSnap and reading other reviewers' feedback that the wipes were better than the spray. The wipes feel a little dry to the touch but there's just enough product that it cleans the scanner without leaving residue. Great product! Will order again!
These seem pretty expensive for what they are, but they definitely did the trick to clean up the streaks on my Fujitsu ix500 scanner.
Cheaper, more common wipes did *not* work, so there's definitely something special about them.
I tried using other wipes, a microfiber cloth with LCD cleaner, and they didn't work nearly as well.
I'd recommend them, it's just tough paying them!
These do a great job of cleaning my Scansnap. I need my scanner to be very clean for scanning photos, and I've tried household cleaning products, but these wipes do a much better job. I wish the wipes weren't so pricey. I justify the price by using one wipe to clean all three scanners/copiers in our house!
Own a ScanSnap S1500. After living with vertical lines on my scans for a long time I bit the bullet and ordered these wipes. Problem resolved quickly and easily. Check online for cleaning instructions. Regarding the cost, on the positive side the box should last a very long time.
The product worked as promised to clean my Fujitsu FI-6130Z scanner. It removed the dirt from the glass and now my scans are clear, like they were when I first purchased the scanner 6 months ago. Product arrived earlier than expected which was great.

Wish they were not so expensive but they work perfectly so I can't complain too much. All my scans had a line down the middle but the it disappeared completely after cleaning with one cloth. 4 stars instead of 5 just because of the cost.
The Fujitsu Pre Moistened Cleaning Wipes worked great on my Scanner. I had a problem with a black line down the middle of every sheet I scanned. I cleaned it with these wipes and wha-la the black mark it gone. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Worked very well to restore my Fujitsu scanner to making like new scans. Although you could probably find something cheaper, these are very convenient and easy to use.
