Premium Organic Pure Date Syrup - 3 lb | Vegan, Paleo, Gluten-free & Kosher Sweetener

I use this in my coffee along with almond milk and I'm the happiest girl ever!

I have tried this syrup and I recommend everybody to try it,it is very delicious and I am using it with all types of food. I am from Saudi and we use dates syrup a lot especially in Ramdan, I have never eaten date syrup that has a good quality as the one we produced back home like date lady syrup

This is such a flavorful ingredient. I had a lot of fun first trying this in making root beer from scratch - steeped an 8th of a cup with loads of sassafras and sarsaparilla, licorice root, star anise, wintergreen, dark brown sugar, black strap molasses, grade B maple syrup, raisins, vanilla beans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and through all those potent flavors, this really savory, rummy flavor came through that I hadn't gotten before - all thanks to this date syrup.

Next, I used it in an upcoming darker Holiday Belgian Ale, and, once again, this mixed so well with the malts, hops and yeast flavors and became the predominant background flavor - much more worthwhile than Date Sugar in my mind. My two cents when using it: Try to add it as one of your last ingredients when steeping, and especially when boiling wort, to keep the flavor in tact. The longer you steep or boil, the more the date syrup blends into the background (not always a bad thing - but not good if you want it to stand out among a slew of ingredients.)

I had fun lining this up with smaller amounts of other sugars and doing a smell and taste test - nothing compares or holds these flavors. This is a powerful ingredient - but less astringent or cider-like than molasses or brown sugars. Can't wait to try to bake with it.

I discovered Date syrup late in the year, and figured to test out the Date Lady syrup, as I really had nothing to lose. I am glad that I did! The Date Lady syrup is amazing, and I have now ordered the more economical 48 oz bottle. I regularly use the syrup on oatmeal, as well as have used it in various recipes that have called for honey. I really can't say enough about the Date syrup and the Date Lady!

First off Date Lady Date Syrup should not be a secret everyone should be told that this is the best sweetner ever, hands down. You won't miss your brown sugar on your oatmeal because this is so much better. Swap your honey out for Date Syrup, it's great on cornbread. I first bought the 12 oz squeeze bottle and have been mainly using it to drizzle on things and it's lasted me tell now, in May, but I now bought the biggest bottle to use more in my baking items. I'm telling you it will have you rethinking your recipes.

Great substitute in plain Greek Yogurt, on cereal, toast, and more! A lot of cultures sweeten with dates and not refined sugar. Definitely does not give me the sugar rush/dump as regular sugar (that's just me and yo may be different). Fun experimenting with it to! Will order more or figure how to make syrup myself if I find my usage needing a budget friendly option!

I eat clean. Sometimes I miss sugar. Enter Date Syrup. Amazing sub for sugar in sauces, baking, smoothies, and even topping!! My picky family even agrees.

Wonderful product for when sugar and even honey is not appropriate. I use this date syrup to make what I call Bakla cookies. After 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven and cooling time on a rack, this syrup mixed with finely chopped walnuts, ground pistachios, a little olive oil, and cinnamon holds everything together, and the cookies come off the parchment paper crunchy and yummy.

Since I eat low glycemic index food, tasty sweetener that’s also low in glycemic index is very difficult to find. I do not want to use any of those zero carb sweeteners (stevia, erythiltol, etc), so I am so glad to find this date syrup. This tastes so much like raw unprocessed cane sugar syrup (also dark brown color) with a slight hint of fruit tartness. Thickness and consistency are both great and you really do not need to use that much to satisfy your sweet craving. I also tried their organic dates (dried dates) and they were also amazing. I love Date Lady brand.

Good Golly is this stuff ever tasty! Wow. Quite delicious. I bought it to try in coffee to replace coco sugar and it works. I'm fussy about sugars in coffee. A pure demarcarus is ideal but I can't eat sugar like that anymore. This is great. Also good as a smoothie sweetener. And then it's pretty nice right off the spoon. Sticky as all get out. Worth it ~ ;o))
