Lenovo ThinkCentre Premium High Performance M91P Desktop Computer, Intel Core i5 Quad-Core Processor 3.1GHz, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 Home (Renewed)

I purchased this for a neighbor lady who's old PC went belly up and couldn't be fixed. It arrived as scheduled and after getting it connected, worked as it should. One thing that puzzled me was the fact that the outside of the case was covered with some kind of a vinyl. Possibly because the case had lots of scratches and it was a cover up instead of repainting. Anyway, the PC has 8gb of memory and an i5 processor that is speedy. It is loaded with Windows 10 and there is no added junk software. Hooray for that much. The PC didn't come with WiFi but did include a new basic wired keyboard and mouse.

Would I purchase another, if needed? You bet. Got the whole tower for about what it would cost for the operating system alone. Happy shopper here.

My parents computer power supply died and they needed a replacement. Unfortunately the PSU was a special form factor (thank you Dell) and it was going to cost $250 plus labor. So I sent them this off-lease refurb and my technologically competent sister-in-law to install it for them. I live in Seattle and they live in Los Angeles. I had the unit delivered to their address and she pulled out the hard drive from the old dead machine and dropped it into an external case (very easy). She then installed the new machine complete with the new Windows 10 license from the instructions supplied. It all went off without a hitch. I know that these computers cost the refurb company about $25 each but they clean them inside and out, Install a new hard drive (2TB), install a fresh OS, package them and carry a warranty on them and then finally they include the shipping in the final price. I think $200 is a very decent price considering that what my parents received looked like a brand new computer. Is this the latest tech? Not even close, but it's a commercial grade Lenovo and it's going to be everything they need and it will run every application they use. They're very happy and so am I.

Oh, and the old hard drive? An external case cost me $20 also on Amazon and I had her install the old drive in the external case. Once my sister in law plugged in the old hard drive into the new computer she was able to easily copy all their old data onto their new computer. Once she finished I walked her through how to reformat it and use it as a weekly backup to their new computer. Is it USB2.0 and therefore a bit slow? Sure, but it's scheduled for Friday night so they will never notice. If it ever became an issue a USB3.0 short card is inexpensive and easily installed. This a much cheaper solution than paying $125 to get the 'Geek Squad' to do it.

Completely satisfied with this purchase. After reading some comments, i didn't know whether or not it came with a mouse and keyboard. To my surprise, it did! Also came with a Wireless USB adapter. And a few reviews had said it was a 1tb HDD, mine is 2! So far so good.

I just want to watch my anime from website and play minecraft and SIM4. I bought accessories to hook up to my TV: adapter display port to HDMI, adapter WIFI wireless ( for adapters choose the best ones) and HDMI cable 24f.
Everything work great, the item, the price and the function :)

I'll try to keep this as brief as possible and informative - first, the reason I bought this system was my son (8 yr old) wants to be a "Youtuber" - the various laptops and CPUs I had in my house were pretty antiquated, so certainly they didn't have the ability to play more recent games, but also didn't have the ability to record while playing and then edit videos effectively. With that having been said, I didn't want to go out and spend over $1,000 dollars on a "Gaming system" just to have my son give up abruptly when he finds that he isn't just going to get 1 million subscribers because he posts one video - that it's actually going to take work - so I figured this system was like buying my son a used bike at a garage sale, and once he gets good on that, buying him a "new bike" ... if that makes sense.

PROS: Obviously the price/value - I sort of actually enjoy shopping around online and finding the best value - after spending hours pricing out systems, looking for holiday deals, etc. - I kept coming back to this one - I was hesitant because it kind of feels like it had "mixed reviews" but at the end of the day, I had to take the chance, because to get about the same specs as this was at least double the price. Also a big pro that I like is when I've bought new systems in the past, they are preloaded with a ton of junk that you have to clear out of the startup (hp/dell all seem to have their programs they want to sell you or "help you" that just bog down the system) - this has none of that crap, you turn it on, it loads up, and boom, you're done. I loved it.

CONS: This is essentially a "light gaming" system - if my son were into Call of Duty or Fortnite, this wouldn't get the job done - luckily he's into more indie games - with that having been said, I did have to upgrade the video card and keep in mind this is a slim line case, so you are limited a bit with what you can upgrade to - has to be a low profile video card.

Honestly, that was the only con - here's what I bought with the system (because I like when other people put that in their reviews so I can cut down on my research time):

Acer HA220Q bi 21.5" IPS Full HD Monitor Ultra-Thin Design (best value for an HD monitor I found)

PNY NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 2GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI Low Profile PCI-Express Video Card - this isn't going to be a 'hardcore' video card, but certainly an upgrade from integrated graphics, it'll allow us to play many more games and use better video/editing software. The install was easy, the system recognized it and deactivated the integrated card automatically and downloaded the recent drivers, so again, it was essentially plug-and-play.

***Update*** this Graphics card was ok, I ended up having to swap it out for a more powerful GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti OC Low Profile 4GB GDDR5 128 Bit PCI-E Graphic Card (GV-N105TOC-4GL) - works much better for playing games and recording at the same time, hardly any lag unless we are doing a hardcore battle simulator - much smoother video/audio recording. Just thought I would share.

I'm glad I took the chance and saved myself about $300 dollars, I think my son is going to be super pumped on Christmas morning (plus I can start playing World of Warcraft again, my 10 year ago, nerdy self is excited, haha)

Solid as a rock and quite a screamer, maybe not a heavy gamer but performance is excellent. Very pleased, you can't go wrong at a price like this. Thank you

Great computer for the price. It didn't have wireless internet but that was easily remedied with a little USB wireless internet adapter. Came with a keyboard and mouse. It works great for household use (online banking, bills, taxes, shopping, web surfing, etc.).

This is a beast! It's much bigger than I thought it was going to be. Had some surface scratches, definitely refurbished. Quiet, quick and a steal for the price. Setup was fast and easy. Within minutes I was looking at a familiar desktop and accessing my OneDrive files online.

Mine came with wireless adapter...I read it didn't come with one in the reviews so i ordered one. Also came with USB keyboard and mouse and I bought that separate, too.

I ordered this computer as a replacement for my hubby, it came on time, it is fast and he loves it!

I needed a new computer for my office that ran Windows 10 and had more RAM and this one works great. I added Norton antivirus, Microsoft Office, Teamviewer, Chrome and I synced my email using Outlook (I'm not a Outlook fan but this new version for Windows is pretty amazing and easy to sync with my work email) and it runs great, boot up from sleep is great (7-10 seconds), boot up from powered down is fair (30-45 seconds). I've had it for almost 4 months and still no problems *knock on wood. Overall GREAT bang for buck and set up was a breeze.
