I have been buying this bread for over a year and a half. If your on a low carb diet, this bread will make you happy! Yes it is pricey but it makes fabulous grilled sandwiches! If you have not tried the rye and the everything, I highly recommend it! Also the everything bagels make fabulous breakfast sandwichs! Toast in the toaster add your cooked eggs and cheese and what a treat! Here is a ham and Swiss on rye bread and a grilled cheese on the everything bread! Love it!
Wow. For a zero net carb bread, this was awesome! I have to say, it definitely exceeded my expectations 😍 I toasted the bread and made a grilled pork sandwich, tomorrow I’ll be having French toast!
I am excited to have a bread option! Been eating keto for 2 years and haven't found a good option until this. No it's not as good as regular bread and is a little expensive, but having an egg sadwhich this morning was awesome!
Thr bread toast up nicely and the everything seasoning gave it a nice extra flavor. It is a little dry but went well with the egg yolk. Will see how well it makes a reuben tonight. I saw a review complaining it had 7 carbs so it was not keto, but all 7 carbs are dietary fiber, so 0 net carbs. It does have more protein than most keto eaters prefer, but i do a high protein keto diet and will be ordering these regularly.
When a person is on a low carb regimen, these products are lifesavers. Is it like biting into a freshly baked croissant? No. But it’s pretty darned good and I am grateful for the products. Thank you Thin Slim 😁
Product arrived mold free (seemed to be an issue for some reviewers) and in good shape. The seasoning was mostly all on the outside bottom of the loaf (and slightly burned) not mixed throughout.
I tried it in a grilled cheese. It browned nicely but I believe to achieve that true grilled cheese golden, crispy crunch- more fat was needed in the pan. The texture was a bit spongey but not off putting. The two slices of cheese I used seemed to get sucked into the bread so there was a lack of cheesy “pull”. Maybe add another slice of cheese next time.
All in all not a bad experience but pretty pricey for a loaf of bread. But it was nice to enjoy a sandwich (which I have sorely missed on my keto journey) so I may make it an occasional treat. I doubt I’ll have it in the house all the time though.

Not bad for a low-carb bread. It toasts fairly well and is great with some cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. I tried it with just butter and it was like cardboard...it needs to be a vehicle for something or else it is flavorless. I prefer the bagels from this brand, but they are $7+ for shipping and the bread is free/prime. Definitely worth a try if you are following a low-carb/keto diet.
Wow. Just wow. This bread is a keto lifesaver. I toasted it and used it to make a sandwich and I genuinely could not tell the difference between this and regular bread. I literally couldn’t taste or feel any difference! Granted, I haven’t eaten regular bread in a few months, but still! I really really suggest buying this, even at the high price point, if you are doing a keto or low carb diet.
This bread is wonderful, although the everything bagels are my favorite. This is a great bread substitution and actually tasted like bread. It's a little on the dry side but that is the only negative thing I can say.
