Rehydrate quickly and have plenty of flavor even in a sauce or gravey. Light weight and last until you need them.
Good to have on hand for cooking. Bag is smaller than I thought. Good taste.

I've used this brand a lot, and rehydrate them for Thai stir fry, mostly. They look just like fresh, if you do it correctly. Taste is wonderful! I live rural and nobody around here knows what a shitake is, so these are perfect for me
