I had no idea this product existed until I had shredder issues. Almost bought a new one, then found these, AMAZING!!! My shredder is like new. Just out a sheet thru and done. No wonder they sell out so fast.
These are amazing. My shredder had stopped working almost completely. I got it to work long enough to get one cleaner sheet shred. It was amazing, I think it works better now than when I first purchased it. Definitely keep on hand and use faithfully.
These work great. I noticed a big difference in the sharpness of the blades. I have never oiled my shredder before so I definitely noticed a difference
This is kind of a strange product that I had never heard of before but after purchasing an Amazon Basics shredder I read the instructions and they say that the shredder requires lubrication in order to work well. After shredding thousands of documents the shredder started making a slight noise so I bought these sheets followed the instructions and the noise stopped and the shredder seemed to work better.
My micro-cut paper shredder started acting up recently, struggling to shred anything more than two sheets at a time and even stopping part way through shredding. I was a little skeptical about these shredder sharpening and lubricant sheets but I decided to give these a try figuring it was worth a shot and a lot cheaper than buying a new shredder. I followed the instructions exactly of shredding a sheet and then putting the shredding in reverse for 10 seconds. Half way through running the shredder in reverse I noticed the shredder start speeding up and the motor stop struggling. The shredder has been running like new since. I didn't think it would work, but they really did and I'm impressed.

Who would have thought you needed to do upkeep on a shredder.
Ran one through and followed directions that came with the 12 pack and my old tired shredder seems to be feeling better. Runs well.
.. and they will last a lot longer. I had a Fellows Shredder for about 15 years with heavy use and always used lubrication of some sort but mostly the sheets. It wasn’t until I got lazy and didn’t replace the sheets when I ran out, that it ultimately got gummed up and took a dump. So, have a new Fellows and plan on keeping a surplus of these sheets on hand and hoping for a long life, on the new shredder.
I thought my shredder was dead. It is supposed to handle 12 sheets at a time (it never did), but it wasn't inexpensive and recently started clogging up even on just two sheets of normal thickness. Rather than throw it our and get another, I thought I'd give these sheets a try. I fed two of them through and the shredder works like new. It still doesn't handle 12 sheets at a time, but then, it never did. Glad I tried these sheets first. They are a whole lot less expensive than a new shredder.
I wasn't too impressed when the box arrived and it appeared to be just half sheets of paper. Upon opening the box, I found pouches the size of half a sheet of paper with the ingredients inside. You actually shred the entire pouch - don't open it - and it will both lubricate andsharpen the shredder blades. The instructions say to run the pouch through and then run the shredder in reverse for 10 seconds which is what I did. Afterwards, shredding a five sheet envelope, it sure sounded faster and smoother to me. I think this stuff really works and will use on a month as I am not a heavy shredder.
