Wireless Earbuds, ENACFIRE E18 Latest Bluetooth 5.0 True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds 15H Playtime 3D Stereo Sound Wireless Headphones, Built-in Microphone

I can't believe how well these works. I was shocked to be honest. I wanted something I could use out in garage wood shop under my ear hearing protection. And these worked right through those and even had a far away distance. My shop is pretty long and while I can't go ALL the way to the end it still worked up to about 25 feet away. And that was WITH my hearing protection on. Great little ear buds and easy to use.

************Update Beginning*******
Charging/Charging Case issues. After several months of nothing but incredible experiences with these earbuds I have come across a disappointment that I hope is an isolated incident, and not a broader issue. About a week or two ago I noticed that one of the earbud holding/charging spots in the case no longer would charge. Both earbuds will "fasten" into the spot via the magnetic connection, but regardless of which earbud I try, how charged or uncharged the earbud is, or the status of the other charging spot, there is no registering of the presence of an earbud in that spot when one is placed.

I have tried every troubleshooting method I could think of; it is not an issue of the charge of the docking case, or the earbuds, nor the connections (as both earbuds will register and charge in the other spot). It seems that there is some disconnect in the (left side) earbud port that has made it defunct. It seems to be more of a disappointment then it should be and I attribute this to the truly complete satisfaction I had/have with every other aspect of this product.

I have convinced four friends/collegues to purchase them since I first did and will see if anyone else runs into a similar failure. Has anyone on here had a similar issue? Perhaps this is an isolated issue and ENACFIRE can shed some light?

Unfortunately, per Amazon, the warranty that comes along with the product expired in October 2018. (10/11/18 I believe, just about 30 days prior to the failure). I have a card with company contact info that was sent with the earbuds and will attempt to make contact that way, but I should put this out there for potential buyers just in case I'm not the only one with this problem. I would imaging it will be handled smoothly and quickly and just give me more great things to say about this product. I will update when I speak with someone directly.
*******Original Post Below This Point*****

I bought and received these the first week of July and have been using them daily for.. just about three months now. I’m honestly struggling to think of something constructive, or not “just great”, to say about them. I bought these after losing/washing in the washer a previous earbud. The most unique thing I felt they had was that you’re able to listen with both earbuds at once, whereas most of the earbuds I’d seen were single only (unless you had a certain Samsung).

Packaging: This is the perfect gift!
The packaging looks extremely professional and has the same air of high-quality that the product itself has. It comes in a matte black box, with minimalist style packaging making it feel like one of the cutting edge gadgets James Bond would get. Inside, the earbuds are in their case/charger, secure in a black foam cutout next to a black box which contains the charging cord for the case. There’s also a small manual, and a black “business card” with gold lettering detailing the 3-month Money back warranty and 12-month worry free warranty.

Quality/Durability:
The earbuds seem to be made of some type of metal, feeling very durable and avoiding the “cheap” feeling some might have with a plastic earbuds. This gives them a nice weight, but not enough that you notice while they’re in your ears. Whether they are made of metal or a heavy plastic composite, I can say I have dropped mind dozens of times without damage or scratching. As a paramedic I can comfortably say I’ve put them through the paces and they’ve done wonderful.

Battery/Runtime: This is my favorite thing about these by far. Because the Case acts as a Power bank, I can charge the case every other evening or so and while I’m out and about on shift, whether for 12 or 24 hours, I have yet to run them dead. Often I use one at a time so I can hear what’s going on around me, and after using one for an hour or two, I’ll swap it with the other in the case, always having a charged earbud. When I do decide to use both, which is a few hours a day, I still am able to throw one back in the charger when I’m done (Long before it’s dead) and go back to rotating. I get about 4 hours listening time (audiobooks and music) out of each, and they recharge in 15 minutes maybe? And I can recharge them 4-5 times without problem, although I rarely if ever have run one or both down.

Ergonomics: I’ve yet to have one fall out of my ear when properly placed. However, because they do such a job of canceling/blocking noise when places, I have a bad habit of “popping one halfway out” so I can hear and still have it in my ear, during which I’ve had it fall a few times.

Overall: I’ve had four people but these since I got mine, two of which three being coworkers who have stopped and asked about them. All four have been very happy with them and these will now be added to the short list of products I have to say I fully recommend. You just can’t beat them, especially for the price.

i love these little earbuds. The mic is no better or worse than any other earbud. It is pretty impossible for them to block out any environmental noise like traffic without also blocking out you. That is a limitation of the mic placement having to be in your ear. However, I wore these on an intense hike through the city (I live in a city of hills so it really is urban hiking) and these didn't move from my ears the way I feared. I always thought I needed something to hold them in place and so the next time I go running, I'm going to try these out with a bit more confidence!
The sound is beautiful and rich. I've used them for listening to music while out in the city and for watching TV in bed (infant in the same room!) They are great and have the benefits of being an earbud with no additional cords or straps or hooks to get in the way of being in bed! And you can use one or both buds. They will automatically detect and pair with each other or not for single and double use.
I did use these for a call and like I said, my relative had difficulty hearing me on the city streets but I could hear her very clearly!!
As with all wonderful pieces of technology there is a drawback to implementing great quality. In this case it's the battery. Each ear bud only has a 3 hour battery but they found a wonderful solution to this. The carrying case is also a rechargable docking station. Every time you pop these ear buds in their case, they get charged even in your purse or pocket. And the case is still small enough to throw in your purse or pocket.
I'm very impressed with this solution and the recharging docking station holds an additional 15 hours.

ETA: I've experienced no latency with these when watching Hulu on my S5. I use these every night now! I just take them out and pop them in the case and I know they will be fully charged when I need them next! Honestly, I think they've lasted longer than 3 hours for me as well.

Pros
Fantastic sounds quality
No straps, cords, or uncomfortable overear pieces
Self detecting ability between ear buds - auto sync
Rechargeable remote docking station
Carrying case docking station

Cons
Short battery but made up for with the docking station
No environmental noise dampening for the mic - not sure it's even possible for an ear bud

So first thing is , they did not arrive on time they were late, dont count on that guaranteed arrival time it says next to the order. I did. Will not in the future lol.

The first thing I noticed was the bluetooth signal is less then satisfying, I have to carry my phone in my hand close to my head and even then one side or the other will cut out from loss of signal.

The sound quality is also a disappointment , it could be the poor bluetooth connection, it sounds distorted like the speakers are blown.

As for making and receiving phone calls, people here me fine as long as I spoke up with a loud voice as to be expected.

As for the charge, it will last as long as said in the description as long as you keep the volume down.

I am disappointed with this product but for the price, I dont regret it, I feel like I got what I paid for.

As for Amazon recommended products, stick to customer reviews. Amazon recommended does not mean a thing.

Note:
shortly after my review ENACFIRE contacted me to apologize for the faulty device and sent me a NEW set of ear buds Free, the new set has a much better Bluetooth connection then the last pair, Everything I said previously is about the same, I have had them for several weeks now and everything is going great.

I changed my rating to 5 Star, for the price you pay you get what you pay for and More due to their Outstanding Customer Service , Customer Satisfaction seems to be priority with this Company. They Even offered a free upgrade to their newest model head set for fee but unfortunately I could not change my review on this product if I they did. But I plan to buy the newer model as they seem to feel more confident I would like it better.

I was skeptical of the product at first because there were mixed reviews but so decided to buy them anyway, I had low expectations because of the low reviews of people saying that there are connection issues, after I got the earbuds, the case and headphones came fully charged, the charging cable was shorter than expected but that wasn’t a problem since it is just a generic micro-usb cable.

I dropped the earbuds by accident and there wasn’t even a single scuff on them. The build quality of the earbud itself is plastic but on the higher quality side, the color of the earbuds are sleek and blend in, the sound quality was better than I originally thought it would be because other reviews had stated that the bass was low, but if you use the correct size gel for your ear, the bass sounds pretty good. Also I would like to add that you are able to connect the earbuds to two separate devices and play different audio one at a time. If you are watching a video or movie with this product, do expect a slight delay in the audio, but after a while you do get used to it, if it bugs you too much, I would advise you to go with another product like wired earbuds.

I am returning the earbuds for the sole purpose of being able to use them one at a time. The E18s have one independent earbud (left), and one dependent (right). It is not advertised to be used as one at a time except for the left earbud. If you would like to use only the left, and after that does, you would like to use only the right, I would suggest going with the E19s, it is almost the same exact product except for the different case and the ability to use each of the earbuds one at a time.

The earbuds worked great for a few weeks, unfortunately for reasons unknown the left earbud stopped powering on while the right earbud still powers on, as the left one is the main control and connector , I can no longer use the earbuds without the left one.

Edit: The company actually reached out to me & kindly sent me a replacement , Right off the bat these Ear Buds sound great, because of the design it has a bit of noise isolation & that really helps with the bass of music your listening to,the earbuds them selves are of a very small size & fit nice, also much to my surprise they came with Ear Tips ranging from small, medium & large, if your not happy with one size you can always switch to another.
So far i have gotten around 3 hours of play time before i had to recharge them in the case, these are a good all around earbud & i recommend them to anyone looking to pick up a pair of earbuds.

Battery is supposed to hold a charge of at min 3 hours and I am lucky if I get 2 hours from one charge and the base is supposed to charge up to 15 hours and again very poor in that department. I would love to return these and get ones like I had previous.

***update... changing my review as I received a newer version via the seller.
Right off the bat the sound quality is greatly improved!! I cannot say anything on battery length as I honestly have not been able to see if lasts longer than the previous. I do like the new style of case as its easier to take the ear buds out. If the battery lasts longer than previous I will change to 5 stars.

Just got these about an hour ago and I'm ready to give them a glowing review. My requirements for these earbuds are very specific so read carefully to extract out what relates to what your needs are. I got these bc I have severe ADHD and have music constantly playing in my ears allows me to concentrate and focus better. This means that the more I can wear them and the less that I have to take them out, the more effective they are for me. This means that their form factor is important. LOOKS: They need to look as unobtrusive as possible so that I don't have to take them out when I'm in meetings or if I'm talking to someone. On this score they rate pretty high. Mostly because they are earbuds without a cord. And they don't have that attention getting inch or two extension like those weird airpods have. That said, they are medium in size I would say. They are not as small as hearing aids (which are meant to be as small as possible), but they are not huge either. I don't think they are going to bother too people if I leave them in my ears when i'm talking to them. FIT: they fit a little odd. The part that actually goes in the ear canal is rather small and are not meant to be the part that keeps them in your ear. So they feel like they are loose as compared with most normal in ear headphones. They feel a little like they are going to fall out, but they are actually very secure. I've tried to shake my head vigorously and they don't budge at all. They stay in bc of their overall design and how the entire thing wedges in your ear canal. The manufacturer has obviously done a lot of research and thinking about their design to come up with a different way to get them to stay in versus how everyone else does it. SOUND: these are fantastic. They're no Bose or anything, but for just regular headphones are that not that expensive, they sound great. Way better than standard headphones that come with iPhones for example. Decent amount of clarity and base too. Not on an audiophile scale, but for standard usage, the sound quality is quite high. SIMPLICITY & CONNECTIVITY: these are tops. Probably the most simple tech device I've used in years. Most simple connectivity with my Android phone that I have seen with any bluetooth product. You don't even have to press any buttons are anything. Pull them out of their case and they automatically appear on your phone. Just hit yes on your phone to pair. Here's the beauty. I bought tow pairs bc I wanted the ability to go 24 hours with music in my ears. I was able to connect to the second set just as simply without and software issues with have the same type of headphones connected 2x to the same phone. This was an issue with my last pair of headphones. For me to carry two, I had to completely delete one pair from my phone to synch to the new one to get a second pair to work. No problem with these. RANGE: much better range than anything else I've tried. I went through two interior walls and even worked upstairs with my phone downstairs. Multiple walls in between. The only thing that I can't comment on is charging speed and battery life because I've not had them long enough yet. But so far, these are the best headphones I've ever seen (and I have literally spent thousands over the years on headphones). There are more smart design points with these but I'll just say, get them. They are amazing. And for the company that made these: bravo. Your design smarts are very apparent to me. You have must have a great team of folks to have designed at such a higher level than everyone else.

AMENDMENT 5 HOURS LATER: okay, i've been listening them for 5 hours now and I'd up to 6 stars if I could. I switched out the first set for the second set at 4 hours. Not because the batteries had died but because I wanted to see how difficult it would be to switch the headsets and have the Android bluetooth pair with my second set. Jesus these people are good at what they do. Here's how it went down. I pulled the buds out of my ears and dropped them into the case. You just have to get them close bc there is a magnet in the case that just pulls the buds into their slots and snaps them down. Cool feature. I then pulled out the second pair (reminder from above that I have had huge problems pairing earphones from the same company bc of weird interactions. With this pair, I pulled them of the case and placed them in my ears and I hear it say "right earbud paired, left earbud paired." That's it. I didn't even have to press any buttons or anything. SERIOUSLY, this is the smartest design group I have ever encountered with any phone accessory or any cell phone for that matter. Incredible work.

These really deserve 4.5 stars, but that’s not a option so I’ve rates it 4 stars.

What I like:
- the complete wirelessness of these headphones
-LONG battery life. It lasted for a week while at the gym without having to charge the case
-charging on the go. I like that as long as the case is charged I can charge my headphones without having to connect it to a wall part. I’ve always struggled with remembering to pop my headphones in my bag when I have to charge them, and this solves that problem.
-sound quality is pretty good. It’s not a tinn
sound.
-relatively loud. Some headphones don’t go loud enough to drown out the sound of the treadmill, but these do
-cord doesn’t twist and tangle, doesn’t get caught on stuff when I throw in purse since these are truly wireless 🙌

What I don’t like:
-worried that they’ll fall out of my ears! It’s only happened once when I was walking to the bus, but If you don’t put them just right in your ears it is possible for them to fall, and since they aren’t connected to a wire, If they drop they will actually drop to the ground.
-people don’t know that you’re wearing headphones unless they look closely 😂.

Overall I really love these and they’re amazing. I like the fit and feel of these better than my Taotronic headphones that have a wire connecting them. While they are about twice as much, it’s 100% worth the benefit. I never knew how much the tangling of the cord on my other blue tooth headphones bugged me until I picked up some truly wireless ones. Additionally, I can throw the case in my purse, and the cord doesn’t tangle with everything else that is in the abyss of the purse. Highly recommend

NEW REVIEW (I have to do an update on these Ear buds. I put in the larger foam plugs and WOW!!! what a difference. if your not happy about the sound it may be the size plugs you put on the buds so try all of them, I mean what a difference big time. BIG BASE!! the sound is awesome. Base, mid's, and high's Five Stars All The Way.) This Is My Old Review = If your looking for super great sound and your super picky then don't get these. For me there are loud enough and sounds good enough. Sounds equal to a decent set of plug in earbuds but not the best ones. If you want a decent pair of buds with no wires to worry about then there are a good choice. Been using them for several days now and they stay connected to the phone and each other. Long term i don't know, time will tell. So far I'm liking them. I am some what hard of hearing and they've been loud enough for me. I gave them 4 stars because there good but not great but, hey for 40 bucks well worth it, in my opinion. Hope this helps.
