I only had the Lenovo for 2 months and it was slow and impossible. We only use it for very basic internet and Microsoft Office and it would get overloaded quickly. I sent it back and ordered this instead with 128GB SSD and the Intel I3 with 8GB ram. This is super fast on startup and use and doesn't get bogged down easily by running a few webpages at once or streaming video. Such a HUGE difference that was instantly noticeable. So far, it is exactly what I was looking for!

So far so good with the purchase of this computer. I needed a basic laptop that was reasonably priced for data collection at work. The customizing ordering process is simple and it showed up exactly how I wanted it. I had it setup and running in about 15 minutes. The touch screen is nice, although I don't use that all that much. 90% of the time I remote into this computer from another for control.
I typically prefer to wait a couple months on electronic purchases before reviewing, after it's gotten a "good workout" but this purchase was made for my son as he needed a new computer for his new job/position. To date, he is quite happy with it and hasn't had any problems with it and he is very happy with the touch screen feature.

Dell makes a quality laptop. Shipping was quick and everything received was as expected. However, the battery life, which was an advertised feature, was far less than advertised. Used the laptop for less than 1 day and it dropped to 18%. I do not feel I could rely on it lasting for a long flight where I may wish to watch videos, etc.
Easy to use and has lots of great features!
Everything set up easily and seems to be working. I will update my review when I try out the battery life. I love the touch screen!
