In my house, these are rationed. The boyfriend and I will split one packet and it's down to the luck of the color as I get all the blue, he gets the green, and we split reds.
This keeps us from going wild on the Kids.
Sour Watermelons are our favorite! I love that we got so many, but that they are individually packaged. They are perfect to take on long car rides so we don't have to stop at the gas station for a treat.
I always wait until I have used an item for at least five days before reviewing it. I also try to come back and update my reviews as needed if something changes with the product and how I liked it. I hope that you find my review helpful when trying to make a decision whether or not to purchase an item.
These are really big bags. I know that it says how big they are in the review, but I still didn't think they were THAT big. My daughter is allergic to a bunch of things and this will be our first year trick or treating knowing all it. This is one of the few things she can still eat so that alone gets 5 stars because it is becoming impossible to find things, let alone candy, she can eat. It is candy, in no way is it healthy of course, but every now and again its nice to have a treat :) She really likes them and the flavors are pretty intense. This big box should last us awhile and have more then enough to trade her candy she gets with.
When I placed this order I had a hard time getting information about this product from Amazon. The listing is faulty, it looks like you are paying about $19 for one 1.8oz bag, especially since it indicates you are paying $10.46/oz. I knew this had to be incorrect, so before placing the order, I contacted Amazon who indicated there was a listing error but they thought this listing for actually supposed to be for 12 bags. I thought this didn't make sense either since the theater sized boxes, 3.1oz each, was only $10.52 for 12 boxes. This listing would cost almost double for far less product. I suspected that this was actually a box of 24 bags since the regular sour patch kids in the 1.8 oz size were listed as a box of 24. I took a chance and ordered this and I am happy to report that it is, in fact, a box of 24 individual bags. I just wanted to share this information to help the next person who stumbles upon the listing. The gummis themselves are actually quite good.

My only disappointment was finding that this same thing was several dollars less at Costco. Several family members love this candy. Some don't tolerate milk products very well so this absolutely delicious non dairy candy is a wonderful alternative, liked even better than a chocolate candy by several who have no problem with dairy.
It is also nice that the candy is very fresh. Soft instead of starting to get hard
I couldn't find a large amount of small bagged Sour Patch Kids in any store, so I looked online and found exactly what I needed. This turned out to be a great Christmas gift. No issues or problems with shipping or packaging, the item is exactly as described.
They are soft gummy bears with sweet and sour sugar sprinkled on top. Pretty decent snack size for kids, you get roughly 21-23 candies per pack.
The snack itself does not resemble what's on the cover. Instead of getting a gummy human with a face, arms, and legs you just get a bumpy rectangular blob. Pretty sure the original mold for the candy looks like what's on the cover (you sort of see traces of it), but during production the model did not form well. If you hold it to it's side it sort of resembles a bow tie.
Overall very good tasting candy, but if you or your kids expect a a sour patch kid shaped candy then you might be disappointed
What can I say? Sour Patch Extreme are the best of the sour patch types. Full of delicious flavor. Came fresh and as advertised. Good price for the box considering what the retail stores charge.
I bought these sour patches for my daughter and I. It is great for movie night at the house or movie theater. The patches tasted like watermelon, had a sweet &sour taste, very soft & chewy and fresh. I highly recommend these if you like sour patches.
