When I ordered this pc for my newly purchased Vive Pro, there were no reviews on Amazon for this Skytech gaming desktop (called "The Beast"). I was a little nervous. Also, I thought that perhaps I should go for a lower end gaming PC and settle for a GTX 1060 (the minimum required graphics processor according to Microsoft).
BUT... I decided not to compromise on the graphics, and I purchased The Beast. This computer ROCKS! Where can you get a GTX 1080 in a PC for just a bit over 1 grand?
It took me a while to set up my Vive Pro hardware, but The Sky Tech Beast was a piece of cake - like any other new PC. I unscrewed the hand-screws for the clear cover, removed the shipping foam that keeps the graphics processor from bouncing around (30-seconds of extra setup time), and I was ready to turn it on!
The Vive Pro runs even better than the system I tried at the Microsoft Store! I have to say that the 1080 GTX must make a difference, because the graphics were just... PERFECT. No gliching. Totally smooth frame rates.
I ran the SteamVR tour, several free backgrounds, TheBlu and Space Pirates. TOTALLY AMAAAAZING.
I had guy and girl-friends try the games, and they all loved the VR experience. I told them to look this computer up on Amazon. Amazing price. AMAAAAZING experience.
Skytech, thank you for making my VR experience SO INCREDIBLY SMOOTH. This experience made me realize that this is not GAMING; IT IS TRAVEL. Yes, humanity has mastered VR gaming/travel. It is like having a STARGATE in your garage. CRAZY!!!
First time getting a gaming PC. Was nervous as hell. The package was huge. way bigger than i expected. Real easy to get started. I'm currently downloading ESO. Will let you know how that plays. Don't hesitate buy it.
Just got PC today. Setup was easy, looks super nice & clean. Was easy to get it up & running. 2 minor issues. It's missing antenna for WIFI.. so wifi isn't really working well at this moment. And they sent power cable that's for 220v. 2nd one wasn't an issue for me since I have tons of PC power cables lying around.
Contacted support, they responded quickly saying they'll send antennas. As long as they do send it to me quick, I'll be happy with this purchase. So far so good and will update in few days.
Exceeds my expectations. Haven't purchased a gaming rig in a long time. Wiring is nicely done, comes with room for upgrades (I do plan on installing a secondary HD and a DVD drive), the case itself is big, at 21" tall, and 9.7" wide, I was just able to fit this into my old computer cart.
I've had it for about a week now, everything runs smooth, installed Star Wars Battlefront, State of Decay 2, Metro 2033, Mass Effect Andromeda, Everspace - have these games on ultra settings, and I'm amazed with the performance and detail. Two of those games are Xbox Live 'play anywhere' titles and I was stunned..., in comparison with playing both games on an Xbox One, this Skytech Rampage PC made me realize I've been missing out! Big time. With the other peripherals I've paired with this computer (see picture)- I'm in gaming heaven. Phone off, work... Never.
It’s been years since I bought a new PC. This thing is awesome!
Lightning fast boot up.
Plays any game I’ve thrown at it on high graphics settings.
The case is easy to add additional components to and the cables have been expertly managed.
I love this computer and I’m excited that it will last me a long time.

I'm very satisfied with this computer! I've had it about 2 months so far, and taking into account its ultra-low noise level, speedy performance, and overall quality-of-build I have to say it's the best online PC purchase I've ever made.
Full disclosure, I do not use this for high-res gaming very often. I primarily use it for audio/video editing, running a plex server for my home, basic business tasks, and the like. Obviously, not the most strenuous tasks for a PC, though running multiple 4k streams simultaneously isn't the lightest load in the world and this computer handles it flawlessly. I was in the market for a solid, all-around PC that offered high performance at a low price point; I'm somewhat of a technically-inclined fella and it's nice to have a PC that can grow with you a bit rather than constrain you.
I can't believe that this thing only cost $700! It arrived very well-packaged, with ultra-clean assembly and wiring. Boot up was simple and easy; All components that should've been included were indeed present, with all specs matching what was advertised, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it included a wired keyboard and mouse with colored LEDs (solid quality peripherals, clearly aping Ra*er peripherals though with cheaper build quality). Airflow through the chassis is impressive, and putting your hand anywhere on the chassis you don't feel any heat much above room-temp. With how cool and silently it runs, if it weren't for the LEDs it would be difficult to tell when it's powered on. The look of the chassis will likely be the biggest possible detraction, simply because it has a very distinct and highly-stylized look complete with bright blue LEDs. Speaking of LEDs, that's the only thing I have that might resemble a gripe about this computer: I don't know if or how you can turn off the LEDs of the tower while leaving the computer powered on. There may be a button or a switch somewhere that I can't find. But it's a minor gripe for such a powerful and affordable computer that arrives with no real bloatware to speak of.
I haven't encountered any real issue with the computer yet, and I enjoy it more every day! Very happy with this purchase, and rather grateful that I bought this rather than a slightly more expensive computer I was eyeballing.
Awesome
Bought this for my sons and I. They like online first-person shooters, and I'm into real-time strategy games. So far so good! The PC is a powerhouse compared to our old one, and it is aesthetically pleasing to boot. No bloat-ware, which is a plus. Comes with most recent version of Windows. No CD/DVD drive (although those are cheap nowadays), and no mouse (although the product description says it should come with a gaming mouse... that is the only reason I docked it one star).
I’m very impressed with everything about this PC, it’s performs great, was easy to setup, and has some decent specs. And I knew since I was buying a budget machine I would be required to make some upgrades to it. One of the first upgrades you’d likely have to make is adding a HDD, since the 500GB SSD won’t be enough for most. And another upgrade would be the power supply. It came with a 500W Thermaltake Smart series PSU, which isn’t really meant for gaming or heavy use. That doesn’t stop me from recommending this PC though. Im very impressed with performance, setup, and just general quality. But as I’ve said, just keep another 150 aside for upgrades, especially if you plan to use it as a gaming machine (as I’d assume most would)
I bought this computer for my 13 year old who considers himself to be a pretty serious gamer. He was pretty skeptical at first because I picked his computer out without any input from him. All I have heard from him since he’s started using it though is how fast it is, how much better it is than his other computer, and how smoothly his games play. I considered this computer to be a pretty budget friendly setup and was expecting it to run as such, but it has been running perfectly since we got it! Definitely recommend!!
