Great server to fit my needs for a great price!
Had issues with one of the memory slots on the board (cpu2 bay 6 but moved it to slot 9 and all my memory registered).
I brought up the issue with StallionTek and received a response next business day with them offering to inspect and or replace the unit/board if necessary. You can get hardware anywhere but good service is hard to come by. Will definitely be purchasing another one in the next couple months.
Very clean and working properly. I updated the BIOS, iLO 3, installed VMware vSphere, and have been running VM's for the last couple days without a hiccup. I am pleased, thanks!
I love the server, came with four drives and all in good, clean and working condition ready for OS to be installed.
The hardware is not the latest but great and will serve and be compatible for a long time.
So far this unit has been running VMware for a few months and I had zero issues with it. The only regret, I should have bought two from this seller.
Received the server in perfect condition. The box was foam injected and even got power supply upgrade to 750w from the advertised 480w. Everything runs great- already did firmware upgrades and installed VMWare ESXi v6.x. I would definitely buy from PC Server and Parts Certified Refurbished again.
Arrived and works as expected, very clean inside and as others noted there are updates. When used for development or testing these are good servers, I use them with Ubuntu and MAAS they work flawlessly. I am planning on keeping them for a few years, some extra PS and HDD are also reasonably priced and going to keep them functional.. if you want to put your hands on enterprise-grade gears for the first time here is your chance.

So far I have only just looked into the specs, and apparently I didnt get 2x xeon x5650 and 32gb ram, but instead I got 2x xeon x5660 and 28gb ram. I'm not mad, just a bit confused???
Added an HDMI GPU card and installed Ubuntu and this is now my primary workhorse.
Performance easily outstrips desktop systems costing ten times the price.
Perfectly reliable over the six months since I bought it.
Great server at a great price. Came quick without issues. I only wish I went with the 8 bay. This is an upgrade that can be installed.
I bought six of these HP servers to handle Email. All I can say is they perform exceptionally well. Good product.
Great price and arrived on time. I've not had any issues thus far.
