This formula is truly close to breast milk consistency. One thing I noticed right away was that it didn't have the horrible smell of most formulas out there. Also I've noticed that it has great nutrition because there are less bowel movements than I've had with other formulas meaning baby is absorbing more nutrients and less waste. Occasionally I've noticed that it has very small clumps of formula that appear after you shake the bottle. Also have noticed it requires more stirring or shaking than other formulas which can lead to more gas. However if you let the formula settle for a minute it naturally will remove all air bubbles. Out of three different formulas we have used with 3 different kids this one is by far my favorite. Second favorite was Costco brand Kirkland formula but it has a horrible smell and no probiotics to help with digestion. I also recommend the Gerber soothe probiotic drops with this formula.
I’ve used this formula with 2 of my children and it’s great! My 7 week old literally NEVER spits up or has trouble with upset tummy/gas. Highly recommend!

Perfect for my babies needs and less gassy
We tried so many brands and my go to ended up being Gerber. I am sure every baby is different and as a mother, the comfort and well being of your baby is the most important thing.
Gerber Gentle is my #2 (my #1 being Gerber Soothe).
It provides the much needed nutrition but our baby did not have the gassy and other uncomfortable side effects. The proteins are easy to digest and baby just loves it.
Mixing it was just as easy, no clumps left behind (of course, warmer water makes it easier to mix but it might kill the probiotics and it won't have the same positive impact as you would expect.
I works for me when they run out of Gentle (not as popular as the other brand so they don't stock up as many).
The price in the area is close to $28 per tub so you are saving around $18 with the subscription and a good deal (if you have that kind of money laying around).
If I ever have more kids, I am definitely coming back to the Gerber brand.
