I got the 4’ with the black and natural belly basket. I took 1 star off because when it says 4’ I assume the plant itself from dirt to top, when in reality it’s just under 4’ from floor to top. Also the attached plastic lining in the belly basket was smaller than the inside of the basket, so when the plant was placed in there it would awkwardly pull down the tops of the basket. I ended up cutting out the attached plastic and put in a plastic grocery bag. The plant itself looks healthy, and it’s nice to be able to get one this size already trimmed as a tree.
Wow!! This plant is beautiful. This is my second one so far. I originally ordered one back in February and it was perfect as well. Both were packaged very well in a large box. The first tree was about three feet and very healthy. This one however, is huge! It’s definitely larger than three feet. More like four! The newer leaves at the top are quite large. I hope this one lasts. My first one didn’t eve up doing well. I think it was my fault and that I possibly over watered it. I watered this one right away and put it in the same planter my other one was in. It does have a drainage hole so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. The pictures do not do this plant justice. Very satisfied with this!!!!
Not pleased. My plant arrived dying with brown leaves, some of them are crunchy and one limp as if it has been overwatered. Not one leaf is green. This had good reviews and I was not able to find one locally so I was hoping for a good plant, but unfortunately this is a huge disappointment. I held off buying one of these for a while but decided to get one for myself for my birthday and what arrived is NOT a healthy plant. I'm going to contact the company and I hope that they present a reasonable solution to this.
UPDATE: I had to update this review to 5 stars because of the excellent way the company handled my issue. I emailed them at the address provided in their product description and explain to them the condition in which my plant had arrived. They mentioned that it might have been due to cold during transport and arranged to send me a new plant. They did ask if I could share pictures of the plant that I received, which I was happy to do, and my new replacement plant arrived this evening.
I was so pleased to find a green beautiful and healthy plant! It looks just like the photographs, so I emailed them to let them know how much I appreciated their response and I wanted to come on here and update this review as well. I'm so glad that I get to enjoy my birthday gift to myself.
The plant is absolutely gorgeous and is very healthy! I will, however, have to get a different basket since the one I paid for it to come in looks like it's been through the wringer a few times. I'd give 5 stars if the basket I paid extra for was in better condition.

Exactly as described. The basket is cute and looks nice but probably won’t be a long term solution as mine leaks and the weight of the tree tips it over. Also the top edge curls in.
But the tree is extremely healthy; I haven’t had any leaf drop yet. Very healthy and full. Beautiful. May buy another one!
Very green and healthy when it arrived (around late March in the south east, temps in the 50s). I emailed with a care question and they replied within a couple days. It did have some fruit flies on the soil when it arrived, but I put aquarium gravel on top and that has helped keep them at bay.
So much nicer than the ones I could find in person, and 1/4 of the price!

Here she is! Arrived well-packaged but was also easy to unpack. Looks great so far! One leaf was /is cracked (see pic) but this doesn’t take away from the overall look (do hope it doesn’t mean however, that the leaf is on its way out). Super glad I made this purchase!
