We have been using the product for a few weeks now and I want to give it the highest rating. The capers are delicious and there are virtually no broken pieces - just whole capers in the jar. The brine is well balanced with not too much salt and not too strong of a vinegar base. I have been buying Costco capers in a slightly smaller jar for 10 years but Costco seems to have stopped carrying that product, and in any event, this is a better product at a better price.
I use capers in several favorite recipes and was always running out. Capers are not something that is stocked at our local store so I'd always have to drive well out of my way to replenish my pantry. Finally I got smart and ordered this product from Amazon and I couldn't be more thrilled! Not only are the capers flavorful and nice sized, the jar is HUGE! It will be months before I run out again. Love it! I have it on my subscribe and save so it was even a better price! If you are on the fence just order it... you won't be disappointed.
I like to use enough capers on salads to actually affect the taste. Purchasing capers in tiny containers at high prices does not particularly appeal. So if you like to use capers liberally, you will probably like these. Nice firm and tasty buds at a volume that is actually useable rather than just suggestive. The only drawback to these is that they are in a glass container. The USPS seems to have a talent for breaking anything having any significant weight contained inside glass, but these were extremely well-protected and this is the first surviving container of liquid I have received by mail.
A good deal on a big bottle of decent, if not exceptional, capers. A little better quality, I think, than the larger, more motley-looking ones we recently got in a much smaller bottle from Trader Joe's. I will probably buy another of these bottles when we finally get to the bottom of this one. If you are looking at this, you probably already know that capers are great in tartar sauce, potato salad, Italian tomato sauces, canapes, and other things. These capers will do nicely for all of those uses.
These capers taste great and are in a big 32 oz jar so the whole family can enjoy them. They were shipped in bubble wrap inside a box that was then packed inside another box. They arrived safely and the glass jar should help them taste clean and fresh vs a plastic container.

Yum! I love capers. Love love love love. My husband never heard of them when we got married and now i have him addicted to. Both my girls ask for them on things. With some wine on chicken - heavenly. On salmon - delicious. We go thru these and just love them. You won't regret it.
I've spent so many years buying small jars of very expensive Capers! UNTIL I found these capers! I was hesitant, Large Jars with a price that I couldn't believe! I thought to myself at this price and size, what could I lose, so I took the chance! I found that these capers where just as good, if not better than those expensive ones! Take my advice, BUY THESE CAPERS! ENJOY!!!
Tasty, mild and consistently sized capers. Not too salty or vinegary, but a nice smooth flavor that still holds a caper punch finish. This is a quality product, reasonably priced that came carefully packaged. I'm enjoying them and buying more.
I'm not caper connoisseur, so take it for what it's worth. I just like getting a big jar instead of having to buy a bunch of tiny jars available at my local grocery stores.
These were awesome. The item was packaged very well and the capers were great. I'm about to order more.
