Okay, so as far as gum is concerned, this gets the job done. Flavor lasts awhile, it's pleasant, etc. etc. - everything you'd expect from a piece of gum.
HOWEVER...if you are like me, and your body can't process sorbitol without it ending in gastrointestinal fireworks, then you will want to AVOID THIS GUM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I did not think to read the ingredient list, because I don't ever recall having an issue with gum before, but shortly after starting to eat this, I did. I then checked the ingredients and right there as the first one: sorbitol.
So if your body is OK with sorbitol, go ahead and buy this! If not, then do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
This is my favorite gum. I have been chewing it for years. It makes your teeth whiter and your breath fresher and lasts a good long time. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this gum. I also love the spearmint flavor. I love the value pack and there is no better deal than getting this on a auto-reorder on amazon so I always have plenty! I hope this gum never gets discontinued and thank you Trident for making it!!!!
If you like peppermint gum, this bag is an excellent purchase. The packaging (just a resealable bag) is great and prevents excess waste from being generated. The price is also good for 180 pieces of gum. While the recommended serving size is two pieces, my teeth feel clean and my mouth feels fresh with just one piece. I haven't noticed that it really whitens my teeth, but it's a great alternative to carrying a toothbrush & paste with me everywhere I go. The gum does contain artificial ingredients, but if that doesn't bother you then this may be the gum for you.
Love this gum. For some reason the ones in the bulk bags taste better than the ones that re sold in the small packets. I get this bag and dole it out into a small container for every day use. I recently started using an old big vitamin bottle with a screw on top to keep the rest of the gum fresh as I work my way through each bag. I like to chew a couple of pieces after a meal to freshen up my mouth. Or if I feel like eating when I shouldnt, it goes a piece of gum. : )
Great gum, great deal. Bought 1260 pieces (7packs) @around 3.32¢ per piece. (Most gum is ≈5¢ per piece in this type of packaging, more if wrapped or in standard packs)
Flavorful for longer than most want to chew. Delightfully un-overpoweing peppermint, and that comes from a peppermint-disliking gum enthusiast.
Despite pieces not being individually wrapped, I will buy again if the deal is around in a year or so.

I go through a lot of this so bought the bag and it was perfect. I would say that it does whiten teeth a little more than brushing does. After about 4 weeks i saw some lightness in my appearance.. this was good as smoking just makes you teeth terrible. I wanted to quit cold turkey w.o any vaping so this was great. The peppermint is a good flavor and doesn't leave any aftertaste like the other gums. would recommend.
This gum is a good deal (at least, it was when I purchased it) if you want a bag to keep at home or work. It is a little large if you were to put it in a backpack or purse. It makes my teeth feel like I've just brushed them after I chew it for the recommended 20 minutes post-eating/drinking. I wouldn't go so far as to claim my teeth are whiter from chewing this gum, but I'm quite sure they have less stains than they would have if I hadn't chewed gum after drinking coffee and eating. I gave it 4/5 stars because the flavor is not as minty as I'd like. It's a little calmer than a mint flavor from Eclipse which is what I really like. Some people might like that, though.
The flavor is nice and strong. I should have read the label more thoroughly before buying though, since it does contain aspartame. Although it hasn't been proven with certainty that it is a direct cause to multiple health issues, I would rather stay away and have have natural sweeteners.
If you chew gum you will see the cost benefit to this pack. If you are new to the gum, be aware that it is sweetened with sorbitol and this can cause some GI issues in large doses. It is also important to remember that this is a “large” bag so won’t work to carry during your day. That said, I do know this and will reorder.
Love this gum. I have to ALWAYS be chewing gum cause I have a nervous thing where I chew the inside of my mouth. So gum helps me to stop doing that. This gum is my favorite because it comes in a bag which is great since I chew about 20 pieces a day.
