I've had various versions of motion alarms over the years. This one seems to match others in range while giving options for volume control and changing the tone that you hear instead of the annoying alarm buzz sound from previous ones owned. I really like that it doesn't rely solely on AAA batteries to function. They added a microusb port that you can plug the sensors in to. I set it up in my garage pointed at all entry points and used old cell phone chargers to power them. They work great. My garage is about 75 feet from my house and it works. I set the kids out to trigger them while I was in the house to verify functionality.
I did get the item discounted in return for an honest review.
We have a larger garage and put these in there for safe measure. I wish the range was farther so I could order more and set them up. For smaller ranges (a typical driveway should work), though, it serves its purpose well and works great.
I absolutely love this product! We have a long drive way and our front door faces away from it so we really needed something like this. It's very easy to set up straight from the box and it picks up everything. It now gives me great Peace of Mind knowing that I’m safer and will alert me to any activity. I also love the fact that it has adjustable volume and lots of different sounds and tones to choose from. It's also priced very well!

I bought this motion sensor alarm for my daughter and two grandkids that are home alone while husband works nights. The installation was a breeze and we installed out front by the garage door and back fence. Since they do have a dog, none is needed for the backyard. The sensor's worked perfectly when the pizza guy came to the door which makes me very happy with the product. I would recommend this to any of my friends.
I purchased this to use at the end up my longer driveway. This sets up in minutes from the box needing only a screwdriver. There are several notification sounds from chimes to classic songs (including happy birthday and other holiday songs so you could customize for the season). I also like that the sensors can run on batteries for remote spots.
I have these all over my home in drawers. If you have people over and want to know if they are in areas they should not be in.
I haven't tested the furthest range or distance that these will trigger an alarm, however I can tell you that I installed one on the front of my house and it was triggering passing cars on the road 35-45 feet away. This is a good range. I just cant use them as a doorbell on the front of my house because of too many false alarms created by cars. I might also mention that it has a very wide angle viewing range as well. Again, I did not test the max angle, however, I am triggering motion 60 - 70 degrees to the left and right of center which is a total of 120-140 viewing angle. It takes a little time to get the adjustment just right, but once you have it where you want it, this is a great, inexpensive system. One thing to note and important to many who want a multi sensor system, although this comes with 4 different motion sensors, they all trigger the same tone, so if you have these in different areas around your home or business, you cannot decipher which sensor has triggered the alarm because they all play the same sound on the receiver. Because of this, you get 4 stars and not 5.
Good buy for the price. 1 of the 4 sensors did not work, the 3 that work are great! I have them in the garages downstairs and the front door. The alarm works very well. If you don't want the alarm to sound the light will blink.
