This is very good if you are just starting a keto diet and aren't sure about what to buy or what you will like. This is packed with lots of variety, however, in my opinion there are a bit too many cheese flavors. Now, I think every box is slightly different so you may not get several different cheese flavored crisps, bars, etc. From purchasing this box, I have been able to taste in a small quantity snacks that I may or may not like. I have already found 3 new snacks that I will continue to buy but in bigger quantities now. In my opinion, you do get your money's worth - as these snacks aren't cheap by themselves.
This was a great sample package for anyone doing Keto or low carbs. This sample package allows you to try a bunch of different items without spending tons of money to realize you don’t like something. So far I have tried over half the items and have ended up purchasing about 5 items separately!
I like that it has a variety of keto snacks. Oh you have to be really careful with strict keto and looking at your actual net carbs cuz they do take out the sugar alcohol. but this is a test run just to try out a bunch of different things before I bought in bulk. Loved a lot of them was really hoping the beef jerky strtve would be good. ...... So gross
This was a wonderful treat. My mom sent it to my dorm and I liked everything in the box.

Didnt like the parmesan cheese snacks, but the rest was pretty good.
