This has saved me from going to a gastro specialist. I am so happy to have found this product. I was bloating like I was seven months pregnant after almost everything I ate. I tried elimination diet, and cut out dairy and soy, which helped, but still have problems with grains, vegetables and other foods like berries. It's crazy. So now I just take this with a little water with almost every meal, and it has made eating bearable again! Cut down the problem by 80% and I just feel better when I take it. It helps right away. I made the mistake of not re-ordering when running out. My belly has calmed down significantly since my refill arrived. This is the most amazing product! If you ever get an upset tummy, take half a dropper and the positive effect is basically immediate. My doctor recommended these because I wanted something natural. They have a strong earthy flavor, but I got use to it. I use a dropper full in an 8oz glass of water and drink it 1st thing in the morning. It helps with bloating and nausea. They work better than the DGL chews I ordered. After two years of bloating and pain from small amounts of food I am pleased with these bitters. I have been using a half dropper twice a day. The taste is not as horrid as other reviews- strong? yes but that's the purpose. I think going back to what worked before pharmaceuticals took over the world is a good thing.

This is my second bottle of digestive bitters. I have Crohn’s and have had lots of digestive issues. I love these bitterness in some H2O and a little gin. 😊 it’s a perfect stomach soother before dinner.
This is one of the only things that has helped my acid reflux and stomach issues. It works quickly and helps with digestion and bloating. The taste is pretty strong at first but it is not terrible. I got use to it pretty quickly.

I've only tried the Digestive Bitters, original (not other flavors). It works amazingly fast! My NP recommended using it tid before meals, but I only used it PRN for a bloated feeling. I usually start feeling relief 15-30 minutes after taking 1 full dropper. I don't like to travel without this!
