I should begin by admitting I have 2 black thumbs. That I have kept anything alive to date is by virtue of prayer and frankly forgetting the poor darlings are there. My pearls arrived in a box, cleverly wrapped against bumps and bruises and further the little tendrils (aren't they just ADORABLE?) wrapped about in the top of the pot. A few minutes effort to unwrap them and there they are all delicate and whimsical. The growth of the bed at the top of the pot was well established (thank goodness because, you know--my thumbs.) and since it had clearly been watered well before shipment I just put it in a sunny spot and ignored it. Now I notice tiny little baby tendrils creeping up! Bliss!! Very well pleased with the pearls and with the seller, who was kind enough to respond to my questions about care.
Great delivery time and the little bugger looked healthy and pert upon arrival. Dirt still moist too. Haven't been able to find one of these in Anchorage, Alaska and was so happy to find someone who would ship me one on Amazon. I think even if I lived in the Bush still, it would have arrived in good condition. I am so grateful to have a String of Pearls plant again, thank you!!
Two little plants arrived well packed and beautiful. They were appropriately dry. These plants will die quickly if you overwater. I am very pleased with my purchase and will be ordering more.
I received my String of Pearls yesterday and, to my surprise and delight, it had the same amount of foliage as displayed in the Amazon ad! The soil in the planter is completely covered in “pearls”. Now, if I can only keep it alive and thriving.
The plant was also packaged in such a way that protected and secured it during transport. Someone really went to a lot of trouble to grow and ship this puppy. I’m impressed.
This plant arrived on time, was well packaged and in good condition. That was several months ago. It has grown some nice long strings of pearls, and I just gave it its first cactus supplement (fertilizer). It is a little pale now since I might have watered it a little too much so I could fertilize it, but letting it dry a little should return to normal. It needs a sunny area and little watering, best to let it dry a little between waterings.

My string of pearls plant arrived about a month ago, very well packaged (see photos) and on time, all the way cross country! It was packed in 3 layers (not counting the box, so that’s some solid care for shipping! I will say it was in very dried out soil, but the plant itself was not dried out at all (which, as a succulent should be able to handle a week without water). It was not quite a “full mane” of pearls, but not far different from the pictures of the product. Closest to probably the first photo and the one of many sitting together. I do love that it arrived with several flowers! It could use a little more soil below to push it up a little and since some of it shifted in mailing. I hope it will be a fast’ish grower, fill in the spaces, and become more lush. I would definitely buy from them again. I was tired of waiting for my local garden centers to get any. Plus, the garden centers were more expensive. I’ll enjoy watching this little one grow! Last 2 pics are after I gave it some water.
This plant arrived looking just like the picture. If it doesn’t grow for you then you probably overwatered it. There is a window in my home that provides just the right amount of light and it thrives.
I order three string of pearls to replace ones I had hanging in my window until they died out when we had the window replaced. Everyone remarked about how beautiful they were. The plants arrived very well packed and undamaged. It's obvious that the nursery takes very well care of their plants. I placed them on the window sill to get acclimated to their new space and after three weeks they have put out some new growth. I'm very happy with my purchase and can't wait to see them hanging in my window.

Well packaged, plant seems to be in good health. I couldn’t find this particular plant at the stores/nurseries I had looked at around town, so figured why not give the Internet a shot, even though Buying a plant site unseen seems like a bad plan. Looks like it worked out just fine though.
