I was at first concerned about the price compared to other laptop sleeves, however I'm glad I went with this one. It feels a lot sturdier than other laptop sleeves. Unlike other products, it's not just there to protect the aluminum finish from being scratched, it's also to protect from drops, bumps, or other potentially damaging things that can happen to a portable computer. I personally am using this with a Dell XPS 13 (9360-4841SLV) and I'm very happy I went with this sleeve, over other cheaper solutions and can highly recommend it.
Now about the sleeve: I love the sky blue color of the cover and most of all, I feel that my maid book X pro at fits perfectly. I was a little worried when I first got it, and I thought that the edges are going to going to stick out as they were sticking out and I might have to return it, but then I played around with it because I just loved how protective it was and how amazing it felt.
How I made it fit my Matebook X Pro:
Use both your hands.
I tucked the edges a little bit and then push the edges in (see the video), and then it sits perfectly and snuggly.
Again, anybody who wants to use it for Matebook X Pro specifically just remember to use both of your hands and first few times you might need to stretch the front edges a little with your fingers, but then it’s going to be perfect.

I just received this case, so no comments here on how it performs.
I purchased the 13 inch blue black slim case for my new 2018 MacBook Air A1932.
- Color is as described: black with a slightly blue tint. Great for work, not flashy.
- Sizing is accurate, computer fits snugly inside. I used their size guide to choose which product to order.
- Materials and construction appear to be of good quality. Zipper pull extensions make the case easy to open and close. Corner and edge padding is the thickest I've seen in cases, but since I haven't put it to the test I can't comment on how it performs.
- Outside pouch can hold dongles and the charger. The fit is snug but not too tight. It seems they left just enough room for all the accessories.
- What surprised me is the overall thickness of this case. This is the THICKEST case I have ever purchased. And this is their slim model. I'm still not sure how I feel about this, since my computer is extremely thin. I do like the protective factor, as this is not going into the laptop compartment of any bag. It will either be in a briefcase or in an unpadded ladies tote bag jostling against all the other paraphernalia in there (water bottle, spare shoes, makeup, wallet, keys, protein bars, etc...). The case is extremely lightweight so at least it does not diminish that advantage of the MacBook Air. I did seriously consider a beautiful leather sleeve (read: Picaso Lab), but balked a little at the price of leather cases, worried about how it would hold up in my jam-packed tote bag, and (as a reviewer of the Apple leather sleeve put it) where would I keep all my dongles?
I have a desktop computer and the primary purpose of my MacBook Air is for work-related travel. The probability of good protection from the padding and the ability to keep my computer-related accessories in the same case (instead of bouncing around the afore-mentioned tote or briefcase) are the deciding factors in favor of the case. Four stars only because I don't know how it will perform and because the thickness of the case was not clearly stated in the product information prior to purchase.
There I was. I had just retired an old laptop; an unreliable Acer. Put the poor fool out of his misery. I was alone and vulnerable. It wasn't the fist time I'd been there. But this time was different. This time she came along.
I knew she was trouble the moment she opened up to me the very first time. I picked her up at my local Apple store. MacBook Pro. Space Gray. The sexiest 13 inches I'd ever seen. Our romance burned as hot as her processor.
It started out like any other relationship. Surfing the web on Safari. Editing some videos in Final Cut Pro. And of course, Netflix and chill. It was apparent to me that I need to protect this one. I had invested a lot in this relationship. About $1500. And I wasn't about to let her get hurt like the others.
The relationship obviously took its financial toll. I love her to death, but she's not a cheap date. So I couldn't break the bank on some fancy case, studded in diamonds, like she deserves. So I did what any other poor schmoe like me would do. I headed to the Amazon in search for something that was good enough to keep her with me, but that I wouldn't have to sell my soul for.
That's where I found it: The Tomtoc. Black. Simple. Classic. The extra pocket is great for holding my love's charger, headphones, and USBC hub. She may be high maintenance, but God love her, she's a light packer. That's why I was drawn to the Tomtoc. It's light, versatile, and in my price range. The best part about it is the soft, lined inside pocket. My lady loves sleeping in there. And I can rest easy at night knowing she's safe.
Ever since, we've gone on many adventures. Road trips. Coffee shops. Friends' houses. When she's with me, I feel like I could do anything. I can even write ridiculous reviews while sitting in my underwear waiting for my coffee to be ready. So heed my warning: If you got someone you care about, do what you can to protect those who need protecting. Oh, and always get the AppleCare Plus, just in case.
So that's my story. Our love isn't like others'. It's ours. Case closed.
I purchased this for the Google Pixelbook. It fits PERFECTLY! I'm very pleased. The measurements made it seem like there might be a little extra room in the main compartment, but I'm glad to report, the laptop fits snug in every direction. You would swear that this was made specifically for the Pixelbook. Very happy with it.

Have a new MacBook Pro 2016 and bought the 13 inch size and it fits perfect! Just make sure to select the correct size before you add to cart. So IMO, you can disregard the reviews saying the sleeve is too big as it's spot on! I bought the light aqua blue color and love it. The extra zippered outside pocket for an iPad (or other small incidentals) was yet another perk with this protective sleeve. So glad I read the reviews of the company saying to select the right size as I am extremely happy with this purchase. The cornered padding offers some nice protection...significantly more than a different company sleeve I purchased on an older model MacBook years ago.
Beautifully constructed case. It's a little darker than I expected (looks entirely black even in sunlight, not blue black). The fabric is a little scratchier than I thought. It has one of the best protective layering I've seen in a sleeve, with the impact bubbles + reinforced borders. Fits my iPad Pro 12.9 in its slim folio case but just barely --- I can feel it's a bit of a tight fit, but the zippers close with no issues. I'm hoping it will get a little looser over time. The zippers are both very high quality and seem like they will last.
The front pocket is a bit (depth-wise) narrower than I'd like -- I can fit a microfiber cleaning cloth + Apple Pencil with nib cap in there but anything bulkier would put some pressure on the iPad inside. I put in the charging cable + charger (small 12W) and it was a bit of a tight squeeze to get it out with the iPad still in the case.
I am surprised how much I like this case. I have used simple neoprene sleeves before, putting that into a backpack or messenger back for years. When I got a new Chromebook (Asus Flip C302), I needed a new case for it. I did a bunch of searching, looking at the interior dimensions of a lot of cases and sleeves. I was worried this one might be a bit too big. I don't like my laptop sliding around inside its sleeve. But the fit is nearly perfect for me. It is snug without being tight (no hindrance to getting notebook in or out). The cushioning is excellent and zippers are high quality. I really like how there is a lip of cushion that goes around the edges of the case. This sleeve will undoubtedly offer far better protection that the simple neoprene sleeves I've used in the past. Note that for this extra protection, this case is thicker than most sleeves. The 1.5" listed measurement is accurate. Could affect fit in some built-in laptop pockets in some bags. For me, the size is perfect.
What surprised me the most is the material used for the outside of this case. It is so much nicer and more professional-looking that neoprene. The case just looks like a quality bag. Time will tell how it lasts, but it seems durable. Very happy with this purchase.
For anyone is looking at sleeves for an Asus Chromebook Flip C302 (or something similarly sized) - the 13-inch (NOT 13-13.3) size is excellent. Beyond sizing for specific laptops, the quality, looks, and protection for this case is outstanding.
I've been using the Tomtoc 360 Protective Laptop Sleeve for my MacBook Pro 13" for a few days and am very please with this product. You save quite a bit going this route, as opposed to purchasing one of the more expensive options from the Apple Store.
Fit - As the description states, it is a "perfect fit". Absolutely no complaints, nice and snug without any worries about zipping corners getting caught up in zippers.
Protection - I would say this is middle-weight protection. The bottom two corners (same side as the Tomtoc logo) feel more reinforced than the top two corners with a thicker foam or cushioning. All edges of the laptop sit against a very soft material (almost velvet-like feel) while the top and bottom are protected by textured (bubbled) fabric as seen in the photos. I'm not sure how this would hold up to a severe drop on a hard surface, but minor bumps and drops should be protected.
Quality and Other Features - Overall, the fit and finish is great, clean appearance with no hanging threads or other signs of quality control issues. I don't foresee having issues with it holding up over time. Zippers are think and light, but zip well and do not catch on interior fabrics. Nice zipper pulls are attached to both zippers on the main compartment as well as the side compartment. The side compartment is a nice feature, which easily holds the wall adapter, charging cable, and a USB-C Adapter. One or two more small accessories may fit snugly in the compartment.
Conclusion - For the price point, and moderate level protection, you can't go wrong with this sleeve!
This is a superrrrr thick protective sleeve. I wouldn’t be too afraid if I had dropped it since there is a massive cushion inside. My 2018 MacBook Pro (13”) fits perfectly inside this. From the outside, the case is probably as thick as my 2011 MacBook Pro in its case (back then, the laptops were a lot thicker). But my thin laptop doesn’t slide around inside. It fits perfectly and just has huge cushions around it. The only tiny thing I don’t love about it is a slight wrinkle on the fabric next to where the pocket is. It bothers me a little but not enough to give it less stars. If you’re looking for a protective cover in case you drop your sleeve, this is the way to go. Looks decent too.
